I had a very good experience with Pompe a Eau in my recent transaction with them. I had to return a pump that I had purchased because, by mistake, I had ordered two pumps. I took the pump to Chronopost with a bon de retour, but it was lost, or stolen, en route. Despite not receiving back the pump, the company agreed to give me a full refund.
