Got what I paid for🫤.

Update; [[I happen to be near a reputable jewelry store that I was familiar with and after lunch. I stopped in and asked them about the quality of my ring, he looked at it through a microscope and used a handheld tester. Only one of the stones tested as real even through the microscope he felt uneasy about three of them. The handheld said those three were moissanite mind you the fifth one was real, but the fourth one he said he thinks it’s just glass. I was afraid to show him the 2 1/2 carat stone ring I had just recently purchased which looks really nice and my amateur ability to look at the stone in the 2 1/2 carats. I think they’re real but I didn’t wanna know the truth at this point. I feel I’ve been taken on the first ring I bought from them.]] I bought a 1.5 ct Lab grown 10k white gold ring. The picture didn’t match heft of the ring. Very thin and inner ring isn’t solid and makes it not so comfortable. My biggest issue 1 stone came out. Lucky I was to find it as I stepped on it bare foot in my kitchen. Called about it GS was fine but why send it back to much trouble. I’m getting it reset at a jeweler. Jeweler said stones are LG quality but poor setting.

Do not buy from this store

Do not buy from this store. I bought what supposed to be a 1/2 ct diamond stud. What came was not close to a 1/2ct it was probably only 0.10-0.20ct. The stone itself is of poor quality, the top surface of the diamond has a weird scruff on it. Their return policy is worst. You wont get the full price you paid for when you ask for a refund.

The sales they have are amazing

The sales they have are amazing, up to 90% off!!! The site is easy to navigate and I found what I was looking for easily.
If there is anything I would dislike a bit, is the waiting time for the package to arrive, but I understand that is necessary.
Overall, the experience was great, I finally got my wedding ring, with 5 diamonds on white gold. Looks Amazing, and I can show it off.

Don’t buy it

Don’t buy it
They don’t buff their work as shown! Pretty in the Box I received this beautiful ring for my 37th anniversary as an upgrade to the one we purchased when we were teenagers. In the 13 months that I have owned the ring, six stones have fallen out and been lost. Each time I have asked that the prongs be checked and rough edges buffed out but no such luck. “I understand your concern about the prongs and stone. Gold is malleable, this means over time and wear it will naturally smooth out. As for the stone height we can always reset the stone but keep in mind this is done by hand not machine there will always be some variance with respect to stone height and setting.” The first stone fell out after 30days, another 3wks after getting it back, another 6 months later, then 2months, and now this one after 30days. Buyer Beware! Beautiful sadly but Dollar Tree would have better quality. I’m heart broken, don’t you be too!

Diamond fell out of ring

Ordered ring, side diamond fell off. I have called, emailed . No response, this company has extremely poor communication. I don’t know why they have a phone number and refuse to answer call, 17 calls no answer no return call. My warranty period is almost up and they will not return my correspondence. Make sure to check the warranty it is very weak as far as what is covered.

Awful Support Team and Bad Quality!

Support team was awful, especially Alex! He just doesn’t live up to his promise and can’t be trusted by his responses or disappears…. They sent wrong order, cant promise expected delivery and when it arrived the craftsmanship sucked or the builder was an amateur! Whomever bought this ring, the cushion was misaligned for a $3k purchase.. Buyers beware!

Pompeii3 is a TERRIBLE company!

I ordered a pair of diamond earring jackets to go around my diamond studs. Pompeii three shipped an entirely different set of earring jackets. The measurements and diamond count was off. When I tried to make a return, they first stalled, then tried to charge me for a restocking fee and a return shipping fee. When I protested this, they demanded pictures of the item I was sent. After supplying the pictures, they continued to respond with questions. I will never, ever do business with this company again. Instead of simply correcting their mistake, they are stalling the process. Here’s hoping I can return their faulty item and get my money back. Worst jewelry company ever.

Ordered an engagement ring in ring size 11 - received a size that would only fit a small child.

Ordered an engagement ring in ring size 11...spoke to customer representative who guaranteed that the ring I wanted came in that size...ordered the ring with payment in full...received the ring on Christmas Eve and it was the wrong size - not even close! Immediately call the company to inform of wrong size and displeasure...received 6 emails in a row, the first 4 were about how I was to return the ring and pay for the shipping the fifth email was about them shipping out what was ordered (NOT!) and the last email contained a prepaid return shipping label...I sent it back via USPS...Pompeii3 received 2 days later...finally processed the refund with the return shipping cost taken out of the refund amount...Pompeii3 screwed up and I am being charged to send it back to them...this is the sort of business practice that results in never trusting them for future business both personally and professionally thru their major customer (Pro Seller, really?)...I had high hopes that Pompeii3 would deliver a decent product in the manner advertised and ordered - my hopes were dashed...this is one of 2 separate orders from my family that Pompeii3 got wrong...not that they cared but, if it wasn't from Amazon (thank God for Jeff Bezos) my Christmas would not be as festive and happy. BUYERS BEWARE!

Disappointed/save your time and money

I paid for services to be completed before Christmas, that did not happen. I call to talk with someone and am told that I will get an email in 24hrs, no email response. I finally get an email response after 4 phone calls and multiple emails that says order will ship next week. I still have no order number provided, no solution to my extra payment, and really disappointed in being a customer of this company. Save your money and time unless you enjoy a good ol’ run around.

I sent a ring back for repair as one of…

I sent a ring back for repair as one of the smaller diamonds had fallen out and the ring is still under warranty. I inquired about upgrading the center diamond in the engagement ring as a surprise to my fiancee. They charged me for the upgrade and it has been 3 weeks since they received the ring and they are not returning any emails as to the status of the repair and upgrade. I was told that it would be 7-10 business days when they received the ring and we are now are 15 business days and no response to any questions.

Never received but they took my money

I Ordered a Ring Order Number Order #138514, Ring was shipped, and I never received the ring they charged me and will not do anything about it they suck as a company. The ring was stolen off my porch because I was not home of time of delivery. So, I am out the money with no ring

I sent it back to receive excellent service on resizing. Tarnished

I bought earrings last year. They were advertised as White gold. They are tarnished. There is no way this is White gold. I have White gold jewelry 10 year pieces and never have they tarnished :(
