I have purchased 6 Pom Pom London bags so far. And I have my eye on a new one. And One for a gift but I absolutely love these handbags. They are stylish yet very functional for everyday use and for days running errands or travel. It’s my go to bag. And I have some beautiful vintage designer bags but I gravitate to my Pom Pom London hand bags. Order one! You will not be disappointed. ( The City bag is my favorite. It’s slightly bigger than the original. ) the customer service is great and shipping is quick. But overall the quality is awesome! You will want more than one I promise!

I have purchased several bags from PPL and they are all of exceptional quality. On the few occasions I’ve had to contact Customer Service, each representative has been very helpful and supportive. Further, I live in the U.S., and when I place an order I receive it with 3 days! Incredibly fast shipping and turn around. I will definitely continue to shop at Pom Pom, I love it. 🙂🙂

Love my Pom Pom London bags
Love my Pom Pom London bags, especially my Westminsters. It’s so nice to have lovely bags with fun colours, and I love the choice of fabric straps that come with them, and that they are wider and more supportive than typical straps that come with bags. 2 Extra Straps a No Show
I added the straps to my order and apparently they did not go through. I wrote the company an email asking for them to remedy the mistake as the shop.com checkout was confusing. They are willing to send the straps but want me to pay the shipping. It's not the money it's the fact that they refuse to fix a one-time mistake for a customer. Very frustrating considering that my sister-in law and I and our daughters have several of their bags and enjoy them. The quality of the bags are excellent and they are very versatile. In regard to this mistake DO BETTER POM POM!!!!
Add on! THANK YOU POM POM for fixing the issue promptly. Love the straps and my bag even more now!

Great quality
Orders are fast and easy to place via the website which is equally easy to navigate. The bags I have received look exactly like the photos, are of excellent quality, and always receive compliments when I wear them. They frequently offer deals or incentives which makes it easier and because they have a warehouse in the U.S. shipping is quick.

Beautifully made, well-constructed purses that are very stylish, well-organized and perfect for my needs. The hardest part is deciding what color to get!
I love the Original and the Original Plus. The Original Plus has ample room for taking extra items on a day trip, and the Original is perfect for my everyday needs. My orders have arrived in a timely manner. I had one that took the US tour, but that was a USPS issue!
