City plus is the best “mum bag”
I bought the city plus last year and it’s my absolute go to bag. I have three young children and can comfortably fit a change of clothes for each as well as snacks and my own essentials. Fab quality too and so pretty.

Leather Bags with fun strap choices
Great quality bags. I have two now - my Sutton is the perfect everyday size, the short handle is perfect shoulder length and sits comfortably all day. Also have a TfL - love London so the straps that came with this make me so happy. Small issue resolved quickly so rate their customer service too.

Pom Pom London has the best sized purses for your every need, and the customer service has been incredible with any issue or question. My favorite purses ever!!! I bought my first one in December, and in 6 months, I have bought 5 more!

Classic shape, fits for all occasions.
I love the option of different belts.
The size is perfect for a day in the city or a night in the club.

I’m obsessed with the color
I’m obsessed with the color, variety, style, and feel of this brand! Customer service is spot on and super responsive - helped replace a strap that didn’t fit terrifically with one of my new bags. The City Minis are my downfall. Loyal, lifelong customer!

Love PomPom city bags
I have purchased 4 PomPom city bags of 3 different sizes and I love them all. The quality of the leather, the design, the metal ware and the value for money are second to none.
Delivery is very quick and the dust bag is great. of course the different straps and addons are really great finishing products.
All in all I would highly recommend PomPom London.

Good quality bags
PPL on the whole make good quality bags and sell them for a reasonable price. They are colourful and interesting and a change from what is often available from their competitors. Their customer service is really responsive and good at helping solve issues.

Fab bags, customer service could be so much better
My experience of the bags is good, they have been good quality, and I love the style and design, I own a fair few of them now. What lets the company down is the customer service. The customer service advisors do try, but the systems and processes don’t support good service (e.g what’s app not manned at weekend but messages timeout after 24 hours). And for a company that doesn’t have customer service operating over a weekend, I can’t understand why they insist on doing new releases on a Thursday/Friday. Frequently they have missed out on my custom at these releases as I’ve had a problem but not been able to get support until the following week.
