The grill was was fitted to my new pond.
Arrived on time and was all fitted within an hour.
Show me how panels can be removed.
Cleared area before leaving. In the bad weather we were having at the time.

Excellent service from first enquiry to final professional installation. We only have a small pond but needed it to be child safe. No job appears too small for Pond Safety

I sent a query using the online form and Tony contacted me to talk through the different options. The work was carried out really quickly, the fitters came on time and showed me how everything worked. Great to have a bit more piece of mind with a toddler whilst keeping the wildlife in the garden. The price was very reasonable too given I wasn't local.

Wow! So happy with the service and product! My now dangerous pond has been made safe for the children!

This looks really excellent. Set 1-2 am below the surface it’s pretty well concealed. Much better than I thought it would look.

A fantastic service. From start to finish Tony was very helpful explaining how the system works and making sure it was the right option for me. The 2 guys came and fitted the diamond safety system on 3 ponds. One was a fibreglass pond and 2 with liners. They were very careful (which was difficult in the pouring rain!) and worked tirelessly to get the job done. The ponds were deep and rather large. It was a big task but they managed it. I can rest in peace knowing children will be safe. Polite and very professional. Showed me how to remove sections for pond maintenance. Thank you

Pond Safety recently installed a DiamondDeck safety grid on my garden pond. They went out of their way to accommodate my request for assistance and I was impressed at how quickly and easily the grid was fitted. I now have no worries when my granddaughter visits. The installation cost is well worth the peace of mind it affords.

Very professional company who were great to deal with from initial enquiry to installation today. Fitters were very professional,explained what they were doing and how to remove the grids for cleaning etc. A very neat and sturdy quality product which now gives us peace of mind that when our grandchildren come round we know they will be safe. A totally professional company. From my first enquiry to installation they have been totally on the ball. Any queries were answered with full explanations of how these could be resolved. Installation went like a dream. I am so impressed with this company and would recommend them to anyone.

Very good product. Looks good and provides the reassurance that the little ones are safe while playing and exploring by the pond.

Pond Safety installed the DiamondDeck safety grid system in our pond. Smooth and efficient service with a smile. Great communications and speedy response to my questions. The installers arrived on time as promised and were finished within 1.5 hours including a brief on how to maintain the grid.
Although warned of it in advance, my only negative comment would be that I think they should include removal of the cuttings in their installation package. There wasn't a huge amount left over but it struck me as a bit off that this was not included.
Otherwise I would highly recommend this company!
