Sent coat with built in harness installed upside down. Wrote many emails with promise to replace, one email then nothing. Sizes do not fit as advertised. Waste of money. WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH SUCH A FRAUDULENY COMPANY AGAIN. I can get same cheaper from other sources better made …I should have known better than to go by high praise reviews posted on their website. First and last purchase on Facebook. They ripped me off big time because purchased 2 jackets and second also didn’t fit although it was supposed to fit golden retriever…NOT! Couldn’t return for refund either!

Poor service! Have tried for four months to get the right size coat for my dog.
After a lengthy email chain and being charged an additional $15, a "replacement" coat was sent out - the same size as the one I'm trying to replace!
Now multiple refund requests are being ignored in violation of their return policy and Shopify's policies for merchant accounts.
There is no phone number to speak to someone - be warned!!!!!

Same experience as the others . I did measure my dog . Early Nov 2024 Bought 2 jackets 2x. Too small. (Also no “ freeleash” ). I kept the 2 to give away . Still Nov :Reordered larger size 3x for our dog and a 5x for our granddog. Never came . Canada post strike . Then multiple emails with “ Paul” confirming that they have been shipped , March 9., 2025 Paid for 4 jackets now and no jacket for my dog . Don’t order as sizing wrong and customer service strings you along I think so no recourse with credit card company due to time passage

This company is definitely a scam. Wrong size the first time so they say keep it but send shipping charge for new one in which I’ve never received and don’t believe I ever will.
Sad to say, think twice. Aweful service and no qualms about taking your money.

I have to say I had exactly the same negative experience with this company. I ordered the size according to their chart. It was too small. I contacted "Paul" who told me to send another $15.00 for shipping which I did. They sent me the same size. I don't believe there is a "Paul". Its a big con. They have $65.00 of my money and I have 2 jackets that are too small. They are terrible for customer service. Please be advised these reviews are true.

I sent for the poochbark harness/jacket combo in early November for christmas present, I did not receive it until early January.. Although I sent for the size they said would fit jack russell, it did not. I contacted the company and sent them 15 more for shipping a new item.. After a month I received the item and it was the same size as they had sent me before.. This was after I took photo of the original jacket on my dog showing it would not fasten. I also measured as they request length and width of my dog. I am totally confused but am now out of 55 dollars and two useless jackets. Do not deal with this company,

I ordered the wrong size jacket for my Chihuahua. Size small. According to the sizing chart I should have ordered an XL. I wrote to customer service and Paul said that for another $15 they would mail me the correct size. I was sent a size small again!
I was told by customer service (Paul) that they would send the correct size. XL
This was 2 months ago. Multiple emails have been sent inquiring about my order. Only one reply to a request for tracking number, a number that did not correspond with any shipping company.
Since then silence.
