Absolutely love everything, flowery pink quilt cover it's gorgeous I have this, only snag is not everything is available to buy from next or anywhere. But I love everything. Well done. Love the colours. Fantastic and I don't use that word often or at all. Very clever how the flowers look like a poodle's face, unless I'm seeing things, anyway still love.

Couldn't believe that custom fee is way much expensive for the print itself. This is only just for the samples.

UPDATE: the brand reached out to me after my review and offered a goodwill gesture which was very kind (not my intention but much appreciated!).

Most importantly, they responded to the feedback thoughtfully and without defensiveness, taking my points on board in a really constructive way. Super personal feel + much more in line with what I was expecting from the brand. That level of response isn’t something you always see with larger mass produced brands - thank u 🐩🖤

I wanted to love this lovely brand so much - great ethos, vibe and beautiful products but the experience has been unfortunately disappointing.

My lamp arrived today - it’s lovely and was worth the wait. However the 4 week lead time is not communicated to you at all once purchased, or on the product page. I think it is unreasonable to expect everyone to go to the “made to order lamp” page (which to not linked the product page) to find this information.

I am more than happy to wait for a made to order product as it’s less waste - but knowing beforehand would be helpful because I spent the first few weeks worrying I’d purchased from one of those mass produced drop shipping brands that pretend to be in the UK (as I’ve fallen for this before!!).

I emailed twice to enquire about a delivery window and had to wait a week for a response which even then didn’t mention the lead time. The tone of voice on the site/emails is very light and fun but the response I eventually got were very blunt and cold. Not what I would expect from a brand where you are paying premium prices.

A £325 lamp should absolutely come with set up instructions. It looked straight forward but there’s a tiny plastic bit that needs to be removed as the lamp would not turn on - this could so easily be communicated in an email for less paper waste!

There’s also a super holier than thou and snarky response to one of the reviews down below which is very off putting and disappointing. Yes it may be annoying feedback but sustainability should be inclusive and I personally feel it’s always better to educate with kindness rather than hostility as this will not lead to change.

I am a big believer in brand experience particularly when you are purchasing a more expensive item as an exciting treat - and my experience was poor this time. I can completely sympathise that it’s a small brand but it’s absolutely something that should be improved upon for a premium brand.

A friendly email outlining the product timeline or more information on the website would have really improved things. I saved up and bought this item for myself as a treat and I felt like an inconvenience rather than a customer.

Fabric was dispatched quickly, has now been used in upholstering kitchen chairs, and am pleased with result.

Absolutely beautiful wallpaper. So thrilled to have been able to use this gorgeous design in my recent bedroom makeover. The quality of the paper is second to none and it went up like a dream. It was an investment for sure, but worth it.

I ordered fabric and still haven't received anything since October 1st. I don't know who is responsible, but I am therefore very dissatisfied (this is not about the fabric itself, but the shipping).

I never received my sample. However I was charged.

The wallpaper is gorgeous and such high quality. I've tried a few different kinds and this one was thick enough that it didn't stretch at all and no shrinking while drying. Great experience.

I still haven't got my order placed over 2 months ago
I ordered 30/05, it is now 08/08. I expected to wait around 6 weeks but this is ridiculous now. Really disappointed as I adore Poodle & Blonde's products and am absolutely in love with the items I have previously purchased & received. Super gutted that this hasn't arrived and I haven't even had any communication telling me why the delay.

Love this brand. Great style and super quick and efficient when sending samples or product to the US.

Terrible experience ordering wall paper from poodle and blonde. Firstly, their online wallpaper calculator is wrong. As a result, it cost me hundreds more £ in labour costs as contractors had to come back to finish the walls as they have really long lead times. To compensate, they gave me 15% off only off the extra roll I had to get due to their miscalculation.

Secondly, probably worst customer services ever, it takes them days to reply and have to keep chasing.

A frustrating experience, wish I never ordered and supported other independent businesses.
