Terrible service

SEE UPDATE BELOW

I noticed a vintage stage lamp on their website, and after no response to an email enquiry, and one sided online chat, I persisted, and called them
I agreed a deal with Ian, who said he would email me to finalise the deal, here we are 3 days later, I've left messages, emailed again, nothing, no response, if this is an indication of how they treat their customers, I'm surprised they are still in business

UPDATE
I forgot to mention the unhelpful staff. After agreeing a deal with Ian Appleford (I assume he is the proprietor), I called several times to find out how to pay nearly £1000 for a lamp, and being told he's not available, any they did not know when he would beback most businesses would ask "can I ask what its regarding" or, "could someone else help".

After posting an online review, I received a personal what's app message asking me to stop harassing his staff when I have had a drink (I'm tee total), he threatened to publish these remarks publicly as a reply to the review.

I always start a new telephone conversation by explaining that I have suffered a stroke, so therefore my speech my sound impaired, without exception, until now, the person at the other end of the phone has been helpful and understanding.

During our what's app chat, Ian accused me of harassing his staff, what I was actually doing was trying to find out how to pay nearly £1000 for an item.
"HARASS" is a very powerful word, and, can in certain circumstances be a criminal offence, so, Ian if you feel that my actions have been criminal, please take the appropriate action, which I will vigorously defend and seek damages depending on the outcome
