The business is called Adolfo & Manny Pool Supplies in Fallbrook, CA. You would think that a small business in a small community, next to a large military base, owned by a Veteran would not mock any person, civilian or military, for any disability. Even though my hearing loss and other internal injuries to my ears are not visible, there is no excuse to mock it. Not only did this happen once, but it happened on a return trip where I needed more pool chemicals. You would think they would immediately apologize when confronted, but this employee just smirked. Worse yet is the owner sided with the employee instead of asking about what happened previously.
