Not only were the prices of the products I ordered competitive, when the shipment was delivered to some other random house by the shipping company, the customer service reps at Pool Supplies Canada responded quickly and had another shipment on the way less then 2 days after I reported the missing shipment. Great customer service.

Revised review: I received a winter cover with a hole in it. I initially had troubles with customer service, but they eventually provided a refund. Other than this issue I have found their service, delivery and prices quite satisfactory.

We have a defective in-ground pool pump, they replace it with a new pump ASAP. We will buy from them again.
Always a good experiance buying from them. Ive had some warranty claims processed and I would say it has been straightforward and satisfied with. Sending emails I found replies to be timely.
In 2021 I bought a 300 BTU Hayward heater with 2 year extended warranty $3600.. Total of 4 years warranty i thought i had.. 2.5 weeks ago my heater started leaking and had it checked out and its the heat ex changer that is rusted out and leaking.. Called into Pool Supplies Canada and had to send all info like SR# pictures, water tests, tech sheet etc.. i get that is what you would do for a claim.. But the best part is after a whole 2 weeks of emails back and further i got the below response :( :( :(

After a closer review of the photos, we found that all that green stuff is oxidization, which is usually caused by an imbalance in the water chemistry. Additionally, the bright orange section is rust/corrosion, also caused by chemical imbalance. I'm afraid that none of this is sadly covered under the extended warranty.
However, we could look into a possible discount if you wish to replace the needed parts according to the tech. report you sent us.

REALLY its the water in balance.. of course its that.. but if i had not purchase extended warranty it would be sorry its out of warranty.. so i wont be buying anything from Pool supplies Canada..
I discovered a small issue with my pool solar cover and they were able to provide a full replacement under warranty!
For more than a decade, not only does the company provide me the lowest priced, most cost effective pool supplies and equipments for my inground pool, but also had consistently delivered excellent high level of customer service and warranty support.
Highly recommended, Pool Supplies Canada is my tried and true, go-to supplier for cost effective pool supplies and equipment.
I made a mistake on an order and had to send a solar cover back. I ordered a new one and was told that it would ship 2 days later but it didn't. I emailed and asked if there had been a problem with the order. They apologized AND sent a refund for the shipping cost of the new order. As well, for me to ship the cover back cost only $8.00. This is terrific customer service in a time when there's so little good customer service. I'll keep ordering from them for this.
I’ve been dealing with Pool Supplies Canada since its inception.Their products have always been premium quality. But what sets them apart from others is their outstanding customer service. Just lately I ordered an automatic pool skimmer which sadly was defective. The after care supervisor, Raylynne dealt with this issue promptly and professionally. I have built a company on unwavering customer service and it’s so refreshing to find people who echo my business philosophy. Keep up the great service
It took a week and a half for an order, consisting of a single box, in stock, to get from Burlington to Milton (20 km), consisting of 5 days to create the shipping label and 5 days for FedEx to make the delivery. I've ordered from this company a number of times through the years and, as I recall, have always taken receipt within a week, without paying extra for "express" processing and delivery. Based on this experience and many of the reviews that I have since read, it sounds like timely fulfillment and even dealing with some customer issues may be slipping since their change in ownership in 2022....
On the positive side pricing was as good as Pioneer and the item arrived in good condition, but, for me, it may be time to try others.
Their customer service has been excellent! This is our third pool, the first two were purchased through a local pool company. We decided try Pools Supplies Canada as the prices were almost half and we had purchased winter covers with them in the past and had no issues. When the pool was delivered the ladder was damaged during shipping (Not their fault). Called that day, they were very apologetic and had me send pictures. Within a couple of days Makenna sent out a replacement. We didn’t set the pool up for a couple of weeks. While filling with water noticed a leak in the liner, not from us causing a hole or tear. A friend helping put up our pool had worked for local pool company for years installing pools and said this is more common then you think. (Issues with seams during manufacturing) Called Monday morning sent pictures and in a couple of days Makenna had sent out a replacement liner. Their customer service has been fantastic. Will definitely be ordering from them again to replace some older filter parts.
Don't waste your time, I paid Extra for shipping to get my order faster and they took a week just to process it. Very unprofessional company that leaves you on hold forever when you have a issue. The reviews on their sight have to be fake because there was no way to leave a review there.

When I first contacted the customer service here regarding a shipping inquiry, I was impressed by their prompt response. However, when my order arrived and I discovered missing parts, they failed to respond to my inquiry. Despite following up a second time and reaching out through their website for a third time, I received no response whatsoever. This company refuses to acknowledge their mistakes and is afraid of incurring even minor losses, making them completely unreliable. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company, as you cannot count on them for any support or resolution after your purchase.
The chlorine pucks that they sold me are totally innefective (old batch ? Bad storage ?) They ask all kinds of silly stuff to move further with their investigation and just won't refund or send another bucket.
Purchased extended warranty for a heater, and after having issues with it, Pool Supplies Canada will not back up the extended warranty purchased from them.
Phenomenal customer service. I indicated that I was frustrated with a price discrepancy in the review email they sent after a purchase and McKenna got back to me within the hour and had resolved it without me even asking. Will be ordering again in the future. They clearly care about their business and taking care of the customer.
Absolutely atrocious service and product from them and additionally Maytronics maker of Dolfin. Box arrived, read I atructions, first flag, no plastic protection film where the I structures state it was to be and subsequently removed by the first owner. Read the instructions, assembled, put into pool, ran for about 15 minutes, DONE! Stopped working g, verified everything g, MACHINE TOAST! DOLFIN PREMIUM 1600 BUCKS
Sent email to these people, no reply 24 plus hours later. Send again. Needing g this, sent to Maytronics, 2 days get a reply to send all sorts of details. Toldme to check this and that, responded Immediately stating g I did all that already. Since! 3 days now... wife calls, fellow say he will send an email with return label, day 4 get this email, no label, wants pictures, description, even video now! Send all that already except video. Send video... 5 days,Maytroni s asks for same crap! Sent already save for video, sent video, this time, screw this, don't want this Machine anymore! Silence, we are on day 9 or so... so far, send 4 more email to both companies so far, bullcrap nothing! GO ELSWHERE AND BUY PENTAIR OR OTHER! LOUSY SERVICE, LOUSY PEODUCT!
