I can’t seem to get info on my order, I was supposed to receive it 2 weeks ago.

I will not be ordering from them again I ordered my liner on 6-3 said it shipped next day here it is 6-27 and still no liner also called changed liner to one they had in stock said it would be here by 6-24 but no that did not happen

Great products at great prices. In my pool system the filter lasts just about one year. That’s a lot of filtration.

Last time I bought 3" tabs, they were $2/lb. Now, the absolute best price I can get is $5/lb, and that's here at PoolSupplySuperstore. It's ridiculous to pay that much for these things, but they work fine, and everyone else wants more money. Just bite the bullet, I guess. These are the ones you need.

Please heed my waring and do NOT spend your hard earned money with thus company!!! There are plenty of pool supply companies out there that value their customers unlike Pool Supplies Superstore!!! Purchased the most expensive solar cover with an 8 year warranty. 1 year later approximately 1/3 of the cover is starting to disintegrate. They say it's from heat, chemicals or weather...yet the entire cover has been exposed to the same heat, chemicals and weather and yet only about 1/3 of the cover towards the middle is defective. They will not honor the warranty!! So check their reviews...1.8 on Google should tell you to run and don't spend your hard earned money with this company!!!!

I chose this store because I was searching for products readily available that I required all in one place for my pool. I came to the right store. Not only did they have what I needed the delivery process was quick and the products are affordable. I definitely will be a returning customer.

They somehow Lost my original order although I was charged for it.. After emailing them they promptly fix the problem and sent the items.

I received my new Hayward XStream filter and was in desperate need to get it set up and running. After starting the filter, water began shooting out of the air valve like old faithful. The air release valve was cracked during assembly, and I did not notice the crack during installation. I was forced to use my old filters top section with valve to filter my pool. Several calls to the pool supply superstore with no resolution. This is extremely frustrating as this filter cost me close to $1,000. All I need is a $20 replacement valve and they refuse to send it. They said, “ I need to send back the entire unit” Does this make any sense, just replace the $20 valve. Hayward was of no help as well. I realized I was not going to receive any help from the superstore, so I ordered a new valve from Amazon. I’m extremely unsatisfied with the pool supply superstore. Terrible customer service and lack of knowledge when it comes to the products they are selling. Please think twice before placing an order with them.

I got a replacement pump for a above ground pool base on the specs from the old pump and works exactly as the old one (quieter actually) and delivery was fast. I’m definitely looking forward to purchase next time from you guys!
