I received my case for an iPhone 16 pro max and it’s absolute rubbish. Doesn’t fit the phone nor cover the edge providing protection for the screen. Total waste of money.

I ordered the case on June 16th in the morning it is now June 25th still haven't received it. Hope the case is worth the wait. 😡

The case is a fake plastic one, not as advertised. They refused to refund. Don't recommend buying from this store.

I really like these slim cases. This is my second one. They don't protect like my old clunky case, but my phone feels half the size and weight when using the Poomelo case!

The YunExpress shipping company texted me when my gate code didn't work. The driver came back, used the updated code and successfully fulfilled the delivery that day.

Product cracked in a thin spot after 2 uses and thought all was lost after emailing and not receiving a response for almost 2 weeks. However their response was in spam folder and they just wanted proof. Took a pic and about 3 weeks later I actually got a replacement. I had my doubts for sure but at least 1 time they corrected the situation. Love the thin case.
Edit: While the thin case is amazing, on the s25 ultra it's just too thin around the sPen area my second one cracked after a few months of minimal use. I think it would work better if it also had a thin border around the whole case instead of just the top and bottom. Oh well

These cases are exceptional! They look great and the value for money is excellent.. I’ve bought 3 so far and they are the best cases I’ve came across!

Order at your own risk. Read the return policy since there is every reason in the world why you will not receive a refund. A "slim" Iphone case is poor quality, cheap and misrepresented on line. If you want cheap product for a high price this is the place.

I would give a 0 rating for this company if possible I ordered an item top six weeks to arrive and not the seven as promised item arrived damage and was a poor cheap imitation of the product I ordered have sent around 16 emails to this company I've had some replies but they just keep ignoring for six seven days at a time and then replying please wait longer we will send replacement still not posted and still not able to track I have asked for a refund four times and still they won't acknowledge... I have now taken this to my bank for them to assist in reclaiming the funds I have also just found this product a third of the price which seems to be the better online through Amazon.

The phone case is definitely not fit for purpose.
The coating layer just comes off leaving it looking unsightly.
When i eventually got a response from their customer service they wanted me to pay for full postage again to get a replacement. When I stated this wasn't acceptable and I wanted a refund they went radio silent.

I'd avoid as clearly just s cheap product that shouldn't be on the market

very fair partner, even in the case of the order I messed up (I accidentally bought a non-magsafe case), he immediately helped me replace it. It's worth ordering from here if you want a quality product

Very disappointing! Ordered front and back phone case. My face ID is not working anymore and phone touch screen is affected as well. Asked for a refund or a replacement for a different case of the same value since I can't use the one that I ordered. And heard nothing back. They products look quite nice in ads but it doesn't really serve its purpose. And customer service is not very helpful.

Very cheap quality will not use asked for a refund. Don’t be fooled by the adverts these are very cheap cases not sturdy as advertised can be snapped very easily.

I Placed an order for my iPhone 16 pro max when I received it it was damaged I contacted them and they have helped me out by replacing and resending the new case I personally think we consumer must support online for us to gain benefit it works both ways I thank to the customer service for they honesty and loyalty support of customer thank you kind regards

My original purchase was not a good fit for my phone. I requested a refund as an exact replacement would not work. I was immediately offered a replacement of any other phone case. I found an alternative that fit and works great. I commend them for their good service. I am a satisfied customer.

I am writing this review for poomelo.com after I bought from them online via FaceBook their Anti-fall Shockproof Armor Ring Stand Case For iPhone for £17:00. Let me start by telling you that there is NO money back guarantee. After waiting two weeks for it to come from China, yes, it’s sent from China I put it on my new phone only to find the buttons on the side fail to engage the buttons on the phone so you can’t turn the volume up or down or use the camera button.

So I contact them, they take an age to reply but they just ask basic questions, send photos; it doesn’t work; it looks alright. Will after 10 days of this I’m fed up. They are not sending a replacement and they are not refunding me. Never again.
