The VERY expensive bag arrived in a broken cardboard box where you could clearly see the bag inside. The bag was not protected by a plastic bag or anything any other protective layer. The bag did not contain any filling to keep it's shape. Very dissatisfied.

Dear Daiva, I’m truly sorry to hear that the package has not yet arrived. I know there were some initial issues with communication because one item was missing, but the package still reached your local post office in Vilnius on December 21st, and I don’t understand why it hasn’t been delivered to your home.
