Pop Fit Clothing Reviews 

I have contacted them 4xs to cancel membership on the only was they allow contact, support @ popfitclothing .com, they do not respond. I was unable to login into their system, when I select password reset nothing happens, no mail is sent. I called my credit card and received a phone number 702-584-5913 it just says to email them at that address. They have since charged me again for the membership so now I have to go through the hassle of a dispute. ridiculous

Slowest customer service I've ever experienced. I asked to exchange both items I bought (for an additional $7 fee!) since they didn't fit right. They were fine with that until I said one pair arrived damaged with loose threads. Then they suddenly needed pictures for proof and now they are refusing the exchange because they claim I reattached the tags. They must have sold me an item that had already been used and returned by another customer who had detached the tags. The other item I received were joggers made of the grossest fabric I've ever felt on my skin. When I left a review on their website they wanted me to check a box that would allow them to alter my review before posting it. If that's not sketchy I don't know what is. Really crap company. No integrity. Don't waste your money.

Pop Fit had great prices, so I was easily sucked in to their site for workout leggings. Buy One get Two Free was too good to pass up! The site had good reviews, and looked legit

They have a huge variety in sizes, so being a plus size woman, that sold me on trying their stuff. For me, it was difficult to find plus size leggings from sports wear sites like Nike, Dicks Sporting, and the like

So, one Black Friday, I loaded my cart up and purchased several products. At first, they were too good to be true. They actually fit great! And they had POCKETS!!

However, after I continued to make purchases from them, a lot about their site led me to question their authenticity and quality. The items ship from China, but the site makes it seem as though they're made in the US. And after a little wear, the pants begin to slide making working out in them very difficult. If I was wearing them for casual wear, I probably wouldn't have noticed. Also, they failed the squat test, and items varied greatly in size. I found that if I bought two pants the same size, one would fit and the other wouldn't.

I reached out to their customer service to seek advice and was disappointed -- there isn't much service at all. I started doing some research online and found that they are known to fake their reviews and that they moderate and remove poor reviews!

That's when I decided to post here instead. Hopefully, people will read this and not make the same mistake I did

Steer clear of them

I took advantage of the offer of a free pair of leggings. They are the most comfortable pair of leggings that I always reach for the moment they are out of the laundry. They were sent to me in August. I've worn and washed them at least 12 times. The quality is so fantastic that they look brand new. The fit like the are new too! The coverage is as good as it was on the day the arrived. Forget overpriced Lululemon. PopFit is the way to go. I will be ordering another pair soon!

I’ve purchased leggings from many other companies who provide the same service as Pop Fit and when I contact their customer service I always receive a reply. I decided to give Pop Fit a try and ordered two leggings. Immediately after placing the order I realized one of the leggings was the wrong one. within 5 minutes of placing the order I emailed pop Fit customer support asking for their help to change one of the leggings before the order is processed. Pop Fit customer service never responded to my request and a few days later the items, apparently, shipped. I have not received the items yet and I still have not heard back from their customer support. I will definitely not purchase from this company again. Also other companies offer free shipping where these people charge $13, which is excessive for what they’re shipping.

Good long lasting pants. They are tough! Love pants with pockets. Wish that they did come in Petite sizes, we short people always have more pants at the ankles than we need. Lol

Do not like the subscription model. The process to skip a month is confusing and difficult to track. I like the leggings with mesh/lace insets; they are the only reason I have stayed. I hate the elastic bands in the bras, which are not comfortable nor supportive. Dress proportions in L and XL don’t work for short people. Got some “free” socks that were uncomfortable.

Provide great quality plus size clothing that is stylish and comfortable.

I love these leggings so much. I’ve been subscribed to their VIP subscription legging service for over a year now and it’s completely worth it. I love how inclusive the brand is. Their customer service team is impeccable. 10/10 would recommend PopFit for all your legging needs!

I love popfit, all I wear is my popfit leggings, my husband said I need to be a sponsor 🤣 he says I have too many, I need more!!!!

I ordered leggings and I never received them when I let them know and how to write an email. They said they would not replace the leggings or refund me my money they were saying my address was non-deliverable which is in fact lie I’ve received many many packages in mail to my address. I have asked for them to cancel the subscription because however, now I cannot login to cancel the subscription as well. I would never buy anything from my company who does not have good customer service experience and it seems like the people working at to pop it clothing do not have any customer service services experience. I advised anybody not to purchase anything from this clothing line. I have emails from the customer service team that do state that they will not replace or refund me something I have not received. I have notified my bank. I think it’s a shame for for a company to handle customers this way.

I absolutely love every new outfit I get 💜 the way they fit nice and snuggly 💜 I always buy at least two outfits a month 😁💚 I received my order 6 days after confirming my order 💜 I look so great in the Poppy blush outfit that I just got this month 💜💜💜 can't wait to order again next payday 💚💚💚

Every Pop Fit item I've ever purchased has been of good quality and has lasted me through several washes over the years. I also love that the bottoms are not see through.

I love how you guys have all sizes and how no matter what size I am they fit perfect and make me fill awesome. You Guys Rock

Fast fashion, bad quality fabric, poorly made. Avoid! Their pants don't fit well and roll like crazy.

I was really disappointed with this company. They market to fit every size yet I found I needed to go up multiple sizes which as a plus size already was really discouraging. The shorts I got felt cheap, thin and rolled really badly. The joggers are comfortable but after one wash looked like the fabric was starting to get fuzzy/peel. I also don’t love that when you exchange them you don’t know what you’re getting really. Overall feel like fabletics was a better choice for the price point, fit and experience.

I signed up for one of their promotionals and got a few pairs of leggings for $20. That was fine and I kept the membership
I filled out their questionnaire for styling choices
Every time they sent me a pair of leggings, (for $35 a piece) I got almost an identical style and color. Black every single time with the calf length

I finally said no stop sending me the same thing can I swap these out? And they rudely reminded me of no refunds but they could swap them out. I wasn't even asking for a refund. Then they sent a follow up email about how I chose the colors and styles and bla bla bla
Honestly it feels like they just ship out whatever isn't selling

The promotional gifts are so dumb. They are just branded stuff like socks and a pop socket. Absolutely not worth it

The biggest thing that was a reason to cancel is you can't review the product on their website. I don't like shopping online if I can't see reviews

As far as the leggings themselves? The fabric is overall comfortable but doesn't breathe at all. The leg portion fits nicely but the stomach area is so loose and has 0 support. I've got a few extra pounds and when I'm exercising I like to have a little extra support from the fabric around my waist. I don't need them moving around all over the place.

The final part that I'm beyond words about is how badly these leggings accentuate the fupa. Oh my God I have never had a pair of pants in my life that has made that area look so ballooned out. I feel embarrassed to wear them without a long shirt on. I'm all about body positivity but to have that be the focal point of the outfit? Absolutely not.

And not all of their leggings do this, just most of them. Which again is why it's insane you can't write reviews on their website or products.

Not trustworthy, not worth it, don't recommend.

The first time I ever bought pop fit I was a size 5X. I wore the 3x in pop fit leggings. I bought them because I wanted to lose weight. I started exercising and I went to the YMCA and I even joined weight watchers. I can honestly 100% tell you that when I put on these leggings I feel empowered. I feel like working out and they make me feel good about myself. I like the way they hold shape and I love the way I can put a full water bottle in my pocket. When I am at the YMCA. I have a water bottle in my pocket and in my other pocket I put my earbud case and also my phone so I can walk around with my earbuds in. There are also days that I have were these just to go to the grocery store. I've never had a problem with my pop fit stretching or losing shape. I've even put them through the dryer and they have come out perfect. As an overweight lady in my 50s I can honestly say that these make me feel great. Thank you pop fit

There was an issue with my most recent order. I ordered 5 pairs of leggings all in size XL. One of the leggings was a size L but the tag attached said XL. so there was some error. But they will not acknowledge their mistake and refuse to send what I actually paid for. They made a mistake tagging their item but will not accept their mistake and actually send me what I paid for. They only offer a 'free accessory' on my next order. Which makes it that I actually have to order with them again, which I will never actually do. So now I am stuck with leggings that are too small and out the money.

I actually love the product. It would help to know the sizes women have trouble with when writing reviews because there may be things that the company could do to improve the fit for specific sizes. I've had no issues with fit, quality, or fabric. I really like the versatility and comfort of every pair I've received.
That said, I am canceling my subscription because they have some policies that are not customer friendly and seem more like manipulative marketing.
There is an option to skip a month for free while keeping your vip status. There's also an option to pause your membership for 4.99 each month that it's paused and maintain your vip status.
I had to be out of state and paused my subscription for one month. Upon my return, I expected to un-pause my subscription with no changes.
When I un-paused my subscription, my cost was increased by about 11 dollars. I contacted the company and was told that my original cost was a new customer promotion and because I paused my subscription, the price went up to whatever the "normal" cost is. Even though I had paid to put my subscription on pause, I now am expected to pay more. So why did I pay for the pause if my subscription was essentially canceled and restarted at a higher rate? My vip perks were maintained. So I would still get special sales and whatever promotions correspond with my time as a subscriber, but I have to pay more for it.
I'm disappointed in this policy and allowed them the higher price this month. They gave me the option of canceling the order, but they missed the entire point. I was happy with paying my subscription price and receiving one pair of leggings per month. That's what I was attempting to maintain by paying the pause fee. I thought it would keep me in good standing and would also help the company to defer costs. If I had known it would change everything, I probably would have simply cancelled my subscription when I was out of state.
