Ordered items never received
Ordered items through Walmart and was directed to contact Popgear because I had never received them. After contacting them the items were marked as delivered on the opposite side of the country from where I live. So far it has been a month of trying to get a refund or items reshipped and their customer service team has been hugely unresponsive and unhelpful. I was finally advsied they would refund the items I had ordered only for another customer service agent to reach out three days later and starting insisting that I received the items and they were closing my file.
Overall response time is anywhere from 3 -7 days with no option to call and talk with a customer service representative , have finally gone back to Walmart and their next step is sending Popgear a request to refund me, I am supposed to get a response in 1 business day. But overall will never order items from them again and encourage friends to do not make the same mistake. Spent approximately $100 to never get the items and be given the run around by their customer service team.
I started looking into where my items were in May and it is now almost the end of June with no actual resolution.

They sent the wrong size tshirt, I called and spoke to a girl who said someone will call me, but they never did, I'm still waiting to get my money back.
PS you have not used your company email to communicate with me.
In addittion, you have not called me as you mentioned. Now you want me to book a taxi and post your item. You are unreal.

Would really like to give it 5 stars as the delivery is great and t shirts even better but ordered wrong size my mistake emailed customer services right away to either cancel order or rectify sizing, but was sent the original order and only got an email 48hrs later to say they couldn't change it as its already been dispatched. Postage to send it back would be quater of what I paid for t shirt so will just keep it and give it away.

Same day dispatch when i ordered at 2pm :) ... Ordered a t shirt with a extra 20% off and really good quality and brilliant service. (Also do bigger sizes for bigger lads like me) 10/10 from me
Don’t shop at Popgear!
Website displays items in stock when they are not. Unresponsive customer service! Don’t purchase from this store!
I ordered 2 T-shirt’s and was sent the wrong size in error. Since then I have received terrible customer service. Each email takes them 24 hours to reply so what could have been a simple process has taken over a week, is still unresolved and is frustrating and disappointing. When I have flagged poor service directly, this has been ignored.
Popgear do not care. I will not be shopping at this store again and advise you to go elsewhere.

Poor customer service
Six weeks after Pop Gear received my returned item still no refund.
So, seven weeks and two e mails later I received an e mail thanking me for my patience, advising that my refund would be with me within a few working days and asking me to change my review.
Ten working days later, nine weeks in total, still no refund.

Terrible Customer Service
Been in contact with Popgear since well before Christmas about an order I never received. Still haven’t received a refund and their customer service team only responds to one email a day at 6am. I’ve asked them to call me which they will not. Out $60 and my son didn’t get a Christmas present. I will never order from here again. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Purchased Marvel Spidey Cap and T Shirt from Amazon ordered 2 instead of 1. This was returned via the post office in mid Dec as the label to scan was so bad it was unable to be printed to return via Hermes. I have had no refund payment yet and this was £19.99 which is not cheap. Very disappointed as the product was good but the customer service is bad.
Following a reply from Popgear and e mailing them I am getting my refund. This was very good customer Service taking notice of the review. Thank you my faith is restored in you Popgear and will purchase from you again .

Very poor service
Sent an order, got the wrong size sent to me. It took 10 emails to get a solution, hard work for a simple mistake they made. Don’t seem interested when they caused the issue, quality of the t shirt is average so with such poor service I will not shop here again.

Ordered without reading the reviews - surprised
I ordered from Popgear without reading the reviews. I ordered a jumper for my brother on the Friday morning and a few hours later it had been dispatched. Due to the quick service I was worried about the service being a scam but I realised I was able to track my parcel every step of the way. My parcel was delivered on the Saturday morning and I could not fault it. Great, quick service and I will be ordering again!

Shocking customer service!
Brought a Minecraft t-shirt and hat set from them via Amazon as a gift for my friends son, posted directly to them because of Covid. He loved the t-shirt but the hat wasn't included and when I contacted Popgear they said they're out of stock (even though the hat is currently available to order seperately via Amazon or on Popgear directly!). Offered me a full refund if I returned the t-shirt but I can't ask a child to give me back their present, so they've said they can only give me store credit for their website. Not at all helpful and each message takes 24 hours for a reply. If you want to buy this set or something similar I would highly recommend looking for an alternate supplier...

Ordered 2 intelligence robots over a…
Ordered 2 intelligence robots over a month ago .... still waiting sent several emails with no response when I check the routing it says it is still waiting to be shipped ... really want a customer service number ! I have asked also in my emails and no answer ..... very frustrating. Those are not cheap and my kids were so excited now I feel I am being scammed !!!!!!

No returns.
7th Nov - ordered a tshirt
11th Nov - tshirt arrived. It was too small so I emailed asking for a swap. The reply was "unfortunately it has passed the return window so will not be able to take any returns"
I emailed again suggesting that ther had been a mistake.
13th Nov - again...."unfortunately you have missed the return window"
I only hat the tshirt for literally 10 minutes. Thats not even a peep hole never mind a window!

Underhanded practices
