Convenience of not having to go to the laundromat I don't make enough money to buy a washer and dryer having somebody pick it up and do it and fold it and bring it back to me is more than I can ask for it's 110% and I appreciate it.

I was a little hesitant at first using Poplin, but their website is so easy to use and they offered an incentive to get me started. I was recommended by one of my relatives to try Poplin and I am so glad I did. My service person picked up my order as promised and dropped it off the next day. It felt good to have someone handle that chore for me. I’m getting older and my knees are not what they use to be. My laundry facility is downstairs and carrying a load downstairs has become quite difficult for me. That’s when my relative suggested to try Poplin, I’m glad I did. I couldn’t wait to include Poplin in my budget, it has truly changed my life.

I have been using Poplin for over a year and I love it. I'm in an old building on the third floor. No elevator. 13 apts. one washer. One dryer. $2.5 a load. Laundry stressed me out to the max. Now, it's NBD. I bag it up, place my order and my girl, Brittany, picks it up from my door and I get it back the next day or so and it's clean and folded. I never fold my clothes so this is awesomeness for me. They've added a lot more stuff to the services offered and you're able to schedule ahead now too. I'll continue to use Poplin and giving it praise until I die. You will not regret it. Doooo it!

I hate doing laundry and sometimes let it pile up. Poplin's service makes it so easy to have my laundry picked up, washed, folded and delivered back to me in 24 hours. I have a couple favorites who know exactly how I like my laundry done and it never fails. Price is reasonable as well given the convenience!

I have used this company for a few years now. I started out with them when I travel for work. Fast forward to the last year, I moved and instead of buying a washer dryer I just use poplin. I try to use the same person each time since I like the service she provides. I highly recommend them.

I just wanted you to know I am very pleased. I was a General Manager with Marriott and owned my own business so I am not just saying it, I mean it. People like Rosa are hard to find! She followed all my instructions like contact me when you get to my place so I can meet her at the door both coming and going, I had 3 bags and wanted them repacked a certain way and her pick up times and delivery times were perfect! Over all attitude was GREAT! Because of my background when I say this was my best experience in years with any company I mean it!
