I would give it 0 stars if I could! They took for ever to ship and then when the product arrived it wasn't at all like the photo. When I tried to return, it took me 4 emails just to get a return label. Then when I went to ship my order back it was going to cost more for return shipping then it was to purchase the items! Total Scam!

Tracking number doesn't work. Nobody to communicate with to cancel the order, so when you do order something you are stuck with it. Received a dress and it is the cheapest/ thinnest see through material ever. Will never order again from this website.

there should be an option to give ZERO stars, because this is what they deserve. they also go under other names in their advertising and emails. one of the other names is TOPABOVE. they use nice pictures they steal from other websites and then they copy the garment/item in the WORST cheap fabric that is nothing like what's in the picture, then they send it to you two or three months later or not at all. once you get it and see what crap it is, there are no return instructions, and they answer your emails (f they answer) with a robo style response that gives you no information regarding how to return. this is a total scam. do not do business with these companies.

One star only because I couldn’t put no stars. I did actually receive the merchandise I ordered close to a month later, however very poor quality merchandise. 2 out of the 3 items I received were defective. The dress had a dark stain in the chest area and one of the straps on the sandals I ordered was broken. After emailing the company and sending pictures documenting the defects and still getting no help I contacted my credit card company that I used to purchase the items. They finally answered but now expect me to pay return shipping, custom fees and other taxes which will probably cost close to what I paid for the items. The company is a scam, however my credit card company is involved and has credited me back the cost of the 2 items in dispute giving the company 30 days to respond. DO NOT order from them.

Do not buy from this scamming company !!!!! Worst quality!!!!!!! All made from synthetic fibers and are such poor quality! I actually tried to send them back for a refund !!! Still waiting for the refund 2 months later !!!!!

I ordered this brown coat back in NOVEMBER & it is JANUARY, however his jacket still isn’t here! I tried to email them but they ignored me and I still haven’t got a response. So anyone that plans on ordering from this place DONT ORDER ANYTHING! they take forever and scam people from there money so it seems .

I do not recommend to order something from this website! Ordered things 3 months ago, still are not delivered. A month ago wrote to me that once again to pay delivery:(well I paid because they did not agree to cancel the order and to return me money! In a word SWINDLE!

This is the worst item I ever received from a vendor. Not only it did not match the product I order it is falling apart before I wear it, also it took 2 month for it to be delivered even doe they charge $15 for 5-9 days delivery.
I'll never order again or recommend this peoples to anybody not even my worst enemy.

Its a rip off never got my two dresses, ha when i did email them they got back to me promising they were on the way. Im still waiting. Tracking parcel showed they had moved from rural China to Guangzhou.

Same as everyone else has written. All three items I purchased took 2 months plus to arrive and the quality is terrible. Having read the reviews, I'm not even going to try to get my money back... I'll keep them in the plastic bags they came in and give to the local clothing drive in case someone out there might like - or fit them.

Do not order from this company.

I have been waiting over a month for a coat today, after chasing it up I received an email telling me 10-20 days. I have asked for refund but they are ignoring me. What can I do now?

Same as the other reviews I ordered a coat that looks nothing like the picture. The delivery time was not bad but the quality of the coat is awful horrible. I will never be order from this company again. What a rip-off.

This company is awful. I ordered a coat over a month ago. No emails. No response. I wish I had read these comments before ordering. I am in search of reporting this company and hopefully we can get our money back. I wish there was a way for all customers to team up and demand our money back or our products. There should be some respect given to customers. We work hard for our money. No one wants to be taken advantage of. What are we as customers supposed to do.

Scam company stealing our money for bad quality goods if u get them. And still being advertised in Facebook

I spent my hard working money on 2 coats for Christmas. I sent 3 emails stating I wanted my money back and they will not return it. It has 2 months since I ordered. Please DO NOT BUY from this company!

Horrible service. Package took 2 months to arrive and it's not even the item I ordered. They straight out told me it is a hassle to return anything and they wanted to offer me a 15% refund. I ended up getting them to agree to 35% but I really don't think I will ever receive it.

They refuse to provide address for returns. Quality of clothes is horrible. Don’t waste your money.
