The veneers were awful
The veneers were awful. They didn't fit right. They didn't meet. They kept popping off. There was a large gap right in front. They protruded through my face, which make it look like a mask. I'm sure others were satisfied, but not me.

Crooks
Crooks! I took the generic remake impression kit 7 times over a period of 4 months saying either they weren't good enough or issues like they shipped them to the wrong address or accidently discarded them after they returned and was called a liar by an employee with no apology when I provided proof it was there mistake. When I asked to finally cancel my order and for a refund it took four days and they tried to charge me again the fourth day then they realized I stopped the payments they finally cancelled and only refunded $80 out of $550 charging me $49 for cancelling, $49 for each impression kit and keeping my $99 initial payment. This is set up to take your money per "policy" without even having to provide any product in the end. DONT FALL FOR THERE TRAP LIKE I DID!!!

Horrible customer Service
When I first got them they did not fit properly. I messaged them and they immediately fixed the issue. I ordered the darkest shad but they sent lighter but I delt with that. Recently however I was eating pasta, nothing crazy. While eating the bottoms shattered causing me to swallow a piece and it got hung in my throat. EMS was called and were able to remove the piece but it cut me a bit. Of course top and bottom were lost in the mayhem. I emailed to see if the company would replace them but I was told I could buy a set. I answered the email explaining the issue...no response. Emailed again...no response. I called Customer service to see if they would warranty and the rep was Rude, dismissive and said there was nothing she could do. I would expect more from a Company that advertises how you can eat with them. A good Company would atleast offer to replace 1 set or at a minimum give a discount on a replacement. Im very dissapointed.

Very polite staff and very responsive. I am under the weather and so I am delaying sending my impressions back. I did send an additional email in hopes that I’m not delaying them too much but I am with the flu. Currently I do appreciate how responsive they are during the process.
