I really love the solar pumps they are the perfect way to have a water feature without electricity. So easy to set up and a water feature adds such a great way to enjoy your outdoor space.

I purchased solar water fountain kit for my goldfish pond. It works extremely well. It is beautiful and brings joy watching it. One of the wires broke and I notified the company and they sent a free replacement immediately. I will be using this company for all future solar fountains. It was purchased in August 2021 and still working perfectly!

I bought an areator for my pond over a year ago. Bought another one the beginning of this year and my fish are quite happy! I leave for several months during the year and the areators have not let me down. The first one stopped working and I realized that I needed new stones. Had some on hand and replaced the old ones that were covered with algae and slime. New ones on and it worked like a charm! Great company to work with if you need them. Thinking of getting a third one. I love my Koi, Goldfish, and minnows. Want them safe and healthy!

The customer service support is very responsive. I was able to call them on the telephone and we e-mailed, too. The 30W 320GPH solar pump kit works very well when the solar panel is in the full Sun. I also purchased the 2600mAH Battery Backup for when there is less direct Sun.

Customer Service was easy and they were very prompt in replying.

Exceptional customer service . I asked the AI for the smallest solar fountain & got a link & purchased it . Meanwhile cs sent me several emails to confirm the correct product for my shallow bath was correct. They asked for measurements & photo. 150% impressed. This is my 2nd purchase. Great products & company

So far the solar pump is working just fine, even in the very cold weather. As expected, it takes a little while in the morning for the pump to work fully. I find the company easy to shop with, items arrived quickly and as described. Thanks!

The pond light works, but it's a pretty average experience overall. I honestly had higher hopes based on the pictures.

Ordered a solar pump for our pond from them and it arrived eerily fast. Like we ordered it on a Sunday afternoon and it came -I kid you not- Monday morning. I have no idea how they do it.

Ended up needing a stronger pump and emailed them to start the return/exchange. They responded immediately telling me to just keep the first pump and they’ll refund me to save the trouble of shipping and what not. Great customer service experience.

So far so good. Hope this replacement pump lasts longer than the last one (6 months).

The pond kit works, but it's nothing special. It gets the job done - I just had higher hopes based on the photos.

I ordered waterfall parts so that I could make a waterfall in my back yard. I waited and it was not coming. I was notified by Poposoap that my package was lost in the mail (they contacted me before I contacted them). They said that another package would be delivered ASAP. I got the package. However, I had changed my mind about making a waterfall. The more I learned about what I wanted to do, I realized that it was not something I could do physically. I always think I am more capable of doing program than I actually am. Anyway, I contacted the company, asking for a refund for the unopened package that I got and they were helpful with what I could do to take care of the refund. With all of the correspondents between us have been quick. They have been easy to work with.

I had to contact the company to get the order completed after they emailed me that everything was shipped. The pump arrived but none of the extensions actually fit together . Seems some connectors are missing.

The garden fountain works just as advertised, starting up quickly in the morning sun. The hose connection was a bit tight to attach, though it was manageable.

I have not used the pump yet, but I have to give the customer service 5 stars for their excellent responsiveness and quickness in resolving a shipping error.

This garden fountain is best for shallow water like birdbaths, not deep ponds. I wish the description was clearer about that. Support was at least polite.

This solar fountain works great! It's exactly what we were looking for. We love the little suction cups that keep it in place and the automatic shut-off feature gives us peace of mind. We'd definitely buy it again!

The one I had last year was still working fine so I bought another one! It's so much better than other pumps I've tried - the filter is easy to clean, the tube is nice and long, and the separate solar panel is really convenient.

I replaced my old 5W pump with it and it works great. I'm using it with my old solar panel, which stores energy, so it even works on cloudy days. The solar panel that came with it is fine, but it only works in direct sunlight.
