Ordered a product from their website. Got tracking details, but the package is not moving for almost 4 weeks now. Contacted their customer support multiple times, but got no reply. Now trying to get my money back, but also no replies.
Save yourself some headaches, and don’t order here. Seems like a scam.
Edit 1 day later: got a reply back, finally. They will resend the order. Will update the review when received.
Edit a week later: finally received the product. It was still a bad experience overall. Would not buy here again. Updated my review from 1 star to 2 because they send the product in the end.
