Customer service and Quality of items…

Customer service and Quality of items are very disappointing. I ordered a purse and wallet which both came damaged. The purse had loose stitching that overtime would break apart. The wallet I got in cream color had very dark dye inside the money slit and looked damaged and ugly with the discoloration. I have sent emails to talk to a service associate in which I am still waiting for a reply… its very bad service and not impressed with the quality.

Avoid this company

I purchased a bag during Black Friday for Christmas. After less than 2 months of use, the bag started falling apart, and Customer Service was of no help, saying they wouldn't assist outside their 90-day Warranty.

The Customer Support also took 2 weeks to respond, and their response was very clearly a template. Avoid this company at all costs as they clearly don't care for their Customers or back their products.

Disappointing

The hardware on the bag I ordered is COMPLETELY different from what is shown online. It's shiny, very cheap, bright yellow gold-looking. No response from their customer service. The bag is not well-made and is not holding its shape at all. I am so disappointed.

Poor (Non-Existent) Customer Service for Mfg. Defect

Bought their "Multitasker" Bag in September 2025. Used it for four business trips between October 2025 and February 2026. In short: light use. The stitching on the back, zippered luggage sleeve has become unraveled, which seems to be a simple manufacturing defect.

I reached out in early March soon after discovering this (as I was preparing for another trip) and here's how it went.

1. Emailed their customer service with photos and a detailed explanation, asked for an exchange.
2. Two days went by and I heard nothing. Then in the morning on the third day, I received a "How'd we do?" customer service survey email. I double checked my spam and all that to make sure I didn't miss a reply to my complaint — no email there. Upset, I began filling out their customer review form and was in the middle of giving them a poor score when I received their response.
3. Their response was a rather confusingly worded AI response that did not address my issue in any way; rather, it was all about how to return an item, how the return period is only 30 days, and all tags must still be on the bag. And, you're responsible for the shipping.
4. I replied to this email saying there was a mistake, that I wasn't asking for a return, I just wanted an exchange for a simple manufacturer's defect.
5. Nothing happens for a day, so I finish filling out their "How'd we do?" email with the poor score they seem to want to get.
6. I will continue to reach out to them, losing time and money while doing so, and will be happy to adjust this TrustPilot score once they've resolved my issue.

Horrible customer service

I ordered from Belgium. I knew I was supposed to pay duty costs, I was fine with this.
However, they sent my order in two separate packages. Great, now I’m paying duty twice.
The biggest order hasn’t arrived yet and the package hasn’t moved since February 18th. I contacted both Canada Post and bpost and both told me to take it up with the sender to start an investigation.

I did, and now it’s been six days since my first inquiry. I haven’t had any response from a real person yet and my package has been missing for almost a month. I think it’s safe to say I won’t receive it.

Don’t order from here!

Seems I am not the only one. Ordered February 18. It’s March 11 and still nothing. They responded to one email and basically said they were busy. Now the order has been sitting in KY for three days. Who sends a $300 order via usps? I am disappointed. I am probably returning when it does arrive. Just because I am annoyed. Don’t do it.

I hope I receive my order some day...

I placed quite a big order (over 425$) on February 18. They withdrew the money on February 19. I have received ONE out of eight items. I have contacted "costumer service" several times. Two times they answered half of my questions with useless standardized answers. One time they didn't reply at all. The fourth I sent yesterday, so I still hope for an answer to that one.
It seems like they sent the last package on March 3, but according to the tracking, it is being returned to sender due to insufficient postage (I have paid for shipping, so the mistake is on the warehouse). There has been no update on my order or the package or shipping since March 4.
I was SO excited when I ordered, but now the whole thing is just draining and disappointing. I still hope to receive the items, but their costumer service in non-existing.

POOR QUALITY AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had my bag for 3 days when I noticed the strap was tearing. I attempted to reach out to the customer service email account and received and automatic reply. It has been 3 weeks with no result. I reached out a second time and got the same auto-reply. Bad quality, bad customer service, will be returning the bag before the 3 day expiration.

Zero customer support- until there was some.

My ordeal started with a messed up shipping from Canada Post. No issues with P & P for that. However, it has now been 5 weeks, multiple chats with useless bots without humans to intervene, one email answered... by a bot. Three further emails not replied to. Their bot said I had to file a case with Canada Post. However only the sender can file a case with Canada Post (per the human who answered my call at Canada Post). Extremely painful experience, and still no birthday present for my wife. 6 weeks later. Recommend you go elsewhere to find a human to buy something from.

*** OKAY, update: I tried one more time to get through on their chat. This time I reached a human and it was a totally different situation. There was still some confusion on handling the Canada Post mis-delivery claim, but I'll put that one equally on Can Post frankly as their website implies something which isn't the case. THAT said, once I jumped through a few explanations to the kind HUMAN that I got on the chat box, and they agreed to send out a new bag. Birthday present is a bit delayed, but should arrive. Not sure if overall this deserves a 4*, but I have seen their product and their bags are indeed really nice. All's well that ends well?

I will add that the human I spoke to said there was no record of my emails to them. So I'd not trust that path for support. Just try the chat repeatedly and ask for a human for anything complicated like this. They really need to fix their email support system.

I love P&P

I have purchased about 7 bags from P&P and love all their bags. I only had one bag that I had a problem with. The zipper broke right away and they sent a new one out right away. Customer service has never been an issue for me but that was when the company was new. I think this company has grown too fast with not enough people to help run it.

I dont usually leave reviews but bec of the price of this product i have to since I purchased a bunch from them from last year. My summit backpack was cute and spacious but after of couple items put in the stitching is coming off so I was scared to put more on it and just leave it like that. As I forgot about it when I reached out to them they said it was past 90days so they wont do anything about it. Plus the sidekick bag I bought was starting to wear bec the leather looks so cheap knowing the price is expensive its not even a year old. I would say its not worth it I should have read the reviews first before purchasing.

Don’t waste your money

I wish I read those reviews before buying this bag. The prices are as high as an high end product, but the quality is very poor. Design is beautiful and the bags seem very functional, but they can only be used for a month before the bag breaks down, and the so called “leather” pulls off. The customer service is non existent. I emailed them almost a week ago, but I have yet to hear bank from them.
I changed my review because after noticing that I am unhappy with what happened, a team reached out to me on FB messenger, and after showing them the pictures of the bag, they sent me a new one. While I know the bag is more fragile than the average bag, at least I have a new bag.

Honest review

I don’t normally review because I don’t like giving bad reviews and I never think to give good reviews, but these reviews make me sad. I bought a bag and I had a problem with it 9 months later.(my fault) The customer service was exceptional! I had a new bag in a week. Because of the customer service and the quality of the bags I now have a number of different one, most recently a new backpack that is being shipped now. This is a wonderful company with amazing bags! Look past the reviews, look around these bags are everywhere!! I travel quite frequently with work and my kids sports and because I have one I notice everyone else that has them. I can’t get a weekend away without some asking and complimenting mine.

Product arrived damaged

Product arrived damaged, customer service is nonexistent… for a ‘Canadian company’ this was cheaply made cheaply packaged cheaply shipped bag sold at a premium price. The branding is amazing and makes you want have the beautiful bags in the photos and you then receive a bag that looks like it came from SHEIN

Promotional code/ Poor CS

I recently placed an order for about $400 with this company and, shortly after, realized I had forgotten to apply a promo code. I contacted customer service right away to see if it could be applied to my current order. I was told I could use it on a future purchase instead, but since this was a large order, I asked if they could please apply it to the order I had just placed.

After I explained this, communication stopped completely. I followed up but never received another response.

I also reviewed their Terms & Conditions and FAQ to see if this situation was addressed anywhere, but I was unable to find anything that covered promo code adjustments after an order is placed. Clear policies and communication would have been helpful here.

Before ordering, I wish I had looked more closely at their reviews on this platform, as I now see several customers reporting similar issues and a lack of responses from the company.

I understand that businesses have policies, but responsiveness and transparency are important. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and it has made me hesitant to order from them again.
