I cancelled an appointment well outside the 48 hour limit and the Company is refusing to return my £30 deposit. I had paid the deposit on the understanding that it would be returned if I cancelled with less than 48 hours notice. They claim it's covered by policies published on their website which it most definitely is not. Be very cautious before booking.
