The loading pictures process is easy…
The loading pictures process is easy but the one feature that makes it clunky is that when you add new pages you have to go back to your own photo store and search for pictures. It would be easier to have an add more to you chosen Popsa uploaded pictures feature, so that you can choose from the pool you have . Customer help was excellent when I had trouble checking out.

Incorrect delivery
I received two photobooks via Amazon in error and have been told to dispose of them. I've been sent a discount voucher to use next time (!). I've never used the company or heard of them. Someone, somewhere, paid a lot of money for these albums and I am very reluctant to throw them away, as requested by the company.

Best app for a quality product
Having looked at several photo apps and tried them out, Popsa is the easiest to use and although not the cheapest I like the fact you can upload photos, move them about and see the book as it is built up.
I like the option to use text and the many page design options.
Quality wise, the photos are well produced resulting in a lovely product.

I’ve made 2 photo books with Popsa and they are beautiful. The website is really easy to use, delivery is fast and their customer service is brilliant.

Easy to use app but as usual the headline price is far from the finished product most people would want, therefore extras are needed at quite considerable extra cost.
