While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Disappointing experience; refund received
I placed an order with Popsportal.nl on 12 February, and as of 24 March, I have received nothing—no item, no shipping confirmation, no meaningful update. Just a string of weak excuses, empty promises, and now, complete radio silence.
This level of service is completely unacceptable. I have made multiple attempts to get clarity, and after requesting a refund due to the excessive delay, I am now being ignored entirely. This feels less like an oversight and more like deliberate avoidance.
Update: I was refunded for my order and contacted, via email, shortly after posting this review. The email stated that my experience is the exception; my rating reflects the entire experience, including the follow up email and expediency of the refund.
