Absolutely beautiful items. The dresses have been made great and made me feel amazing when I was wearing them.
Delivery was very quick and the package was beautiful. Everything is well thought of and they definitely put their customers first. Lots of different shapes and sizes, different patterns as well as plain, dress length and sleeve length can be altered which is an amazing service to have too. I don't think I'd go anywhere else now for dresses. Look forward to placing another order soon

Shop Pay not available for purchases less than £50
As always , wonderful clothes.
My experience at checkout this time was frustrating, the banner showing my item (£49) was eligible for Shop Pay in 4 instalments was misleading . After checking out and looking into why it wasn't available, it seems that there is a minimum spend of £50 to be eligible for Shop Pay.

puckered side seams
Unfortunately both side seams on the dress were very puckered and therefore the dress did not hang properly.
I am surprised this dress passed quality control.
I have had this problem before and was advised by Customer Service to steam the seams myself! Needless to say I did NOT steam a brand new dress and sent it back.
I have done the same again and waiting for a refund.
