Our dj was ill and cancelled four hours…
Our dj was ill and cancelled four hours before the event. There was no one to help get a replacement as it was a weekend.
I got the money back from the dj but haven’t had my deposit back yet.
We had to find another dj and pay more because of short notice.

Firstly, we are so sorry your DJ cancelled your booking on such short notice before your party. We understand how this left you in a very difficult and stressful position for your special occasion and sympathise with your frustration completely.
We appreciate that some circumstances surrounding cancellations cannot be helped however we don't take cases such as these lightly so we're currently in discussion with your DJ to investigate the situation further.
In regards to your point regarding Poptop's service, we agree with you completely in that there could have been more support in helping you find a suitable replacement in time. We're working towards building a 24/7 customer support team to help clients who find themselves in these tight spots for their parties such as yourself. At present though, we simply do not have enough resource in order to deliver this to the high standards we would like.
We believe your complaint has been handled by our support team where your full refund was issued as well as additional compensation. However, if this is not the case or you would like to discuss the matter any further, please contact our support team on hello@poptop.uk.com.

Gordon Robertson was an excellent choice
Gordon was an excellent choice for our wedding entertainment. He is a very talented musician and sang many of the songs selected by us for our wedding playlist before performing a DJ set later in the evening. He was able to adapt from slow ballads to upbeat pop and rock to suit all ages. He was very professional and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him.

So easy to book a pro DJ. Choose the date and location you want and you can take your online booking process from there.
Pootop Events takes the worry out of booking somebody.
The DJ, Tony, was very responsive to emails and to requests for particular tunes.
I would recommend Poptop events.

Having booked a evening Wedding Disco, the site booked an afternoon event. But having spoken to the DJ personally it was easily resolved. As for the DJ himself he could not have been more accommodating, he came up with something for the children without been asked and kept our guests on the dance floor all night.

Wedding
I used poptop events to help me find a dj and a photo booth for my wedding.
Poptop was so easy to use, I just entered my wedding details and then put was I was looking for and a selection came up.
I was able to shortlist my favourites and then message them get a quote and if I was happy book, pay the deposit all in one place. So easy, I will definitely use poptop again for any events and will always recommend to anyone holding an event
