Oh how I wish there would have been reviews of this site other than the fact that it's just a legitimate business before I bought a chair on it... I bought a listed brand new Shaquille O'Neal premier collection Zephyrus chair from them in the box came retaped as if it had been open before... And when I opened up the taped packaging on the inside, every single one of the five wheels had wear on it proving that each one of these had been used before. I don't know what to do moving forward but I'm going to have to call up that site and hope that they reimburse me or something. I have lots of pictures. I have no trust in this company now since they list things as brand new. That obviously aren't, at least not in my case.
