Warning to Buyers

Warning to Buyers – Dishonest Sizing and Refusal to Refund

I ordered a sports top from this company on March 21, 2025.
I chose a Large size based on their sizing chart. When the item arrived, it was absurdly small — nowhere close to a real Large.
I wear a 40C, and based on standard sizing guides like Size-Charts.com and SoloWomen, a Large should fit a bust of 38–40 inches.
This top was closer to a Small-Medium at best!

When I reached out for a refund, the company refused, claiming "store credit only" — even though they no longer have the correct size in stock.
This is completely illegal under Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act (articles 37, 38, and 10) and article 1590 of the Civil Code, which clearly state that a merchant must refund when the item is defective, misrepresented, or when exchange is impossible.

Even worse: after checking online, I found complaints going back over a year about the exact same issue — their sizes run ridiculously small, and they still haven't fixed it.
They clearly know their sizing is wrong, and they continue misleading customers.

Stay away.
You risk wasting your money on poorly sized products and fighting for your rights afterward.
Terrible sizing, terrible service, and zero accountability.
