They changed their name to Popuplockers.shop and now demand venmo, money order or bank draft.
So so shady. It looks legit and with the name change there are no immediate reviews
I ordered from this company based on a very legitimate looking website. I paid with my credit card and received transaction receipts via email that also appeared legitimate. However, after the stated delivery time passed, I was unable to reach anyone by phone and they will not respond to my emails. I ended up having to dispute the credit card transaction as fraudulent.
UPDATE: the same morning I posted this review, I was contacted by a company rep, stating that the problems were due to an accounting error, and I would be issued a refund.
We ordered a Pop-up Locker and immediately received an invoice stating that the order was confirmed and that we would shortly receive another email with shipping details. After two weeks no shipping Information. We called the number listed and no answer. Looked up the number given and was given a different business name for the business. Called the business listed under the number and was told that they do not ship Pop-up lockers. Total scam! Had to go back to our bank to report the Fraud. Sent the bank all the Information and email provided and after the bank got involved we received an email stating that they are refunding our money. Itʻs a sad day when you canʻt trust others who are out there preying on people who really need these products.
Scam artists. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR ORDER, CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD AND NEVER DELIVER THE PRODUCT. THEY ARE DELETING THEIR WEBSITES. THE GEORGIA AND CALIFORNIA ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICES ARE INVESTIGATING.
