Very Impressed with the business and the pop up dome, was installed very quickly, and everything worked very well. Would happily recommend this business to anybody who needs to hire a tent. Would definitely book again.

The team were friendly and professional. I was looked after from the start to finish. Hannah was super helpful and the on site team couldn’t have done anymore!!! We had a great night !!!

The 10m dome was the perfect venue for our son’s 18th Apres Ski party for about 60 teens.
There were a few minor issues during set up but the team acted incredibly fast to resolve them. The LED furniture makes the venue feel just like an ice bar in a ski resort. The structure was anchored well and withheld all that Storm Bert threw at it!

The inflatable dome gave my daughter's 18th birthday party that extra element of fun and contributed to the excitement on the night. Even in strong winds and lashing rain the venue stayed anchored in place. It was in my opinion more appropriate and resilient compared to a traditional marquee. The setup/takedown team were polite, professional and fast.

From initial conversations about what I wanted, to last hour dismantling the dome, the customer service has been outstanding; Curtis was so reassuring during set up 24 hours before Storm Bert was about to hit and be an uninvited guest!! Speaker, new light box (sent Amazon prime delivery on day of party because other was going to be sub-standard he discovered during set up) smoke machine, black flooring and lit up cocktail bar set all helped create the most perfect party atmosphere in the dome for my daughters Après Ski themed 18th birthday party on Saturday…oh, did I mention the excellent snow machine too?!! Wonderful. Cannot fault and would highly recommend.

First and foremost Hannah in sales was amazing in giving me all the info I needed as had never worked with them before. Thank you Hannah for your patience with us. Also Curtis, the owner, came to meet with me to assure that my garden could fit the 8x8M tent. He kindly also came on the day to set it all up for me. He was amazing too and would def recommend them. I have already booked them again for 2025 :) Only thing to mention is the blower is quite noisy so would not recommend for aging adults 60/70+

The igloo was a hit with our daughter and her friends for her 18th birthday.
Kristy got us organised and Curtis although initially having the wrong tent, came back really early the next day and got everything sorted and included extra lighting as an apology for the hiccup. Great service and venue. Highly recommend.

From the moment that I messaged about our corporate event I had almost an immediate reply very friendly helpful and clear guidance. I gave them my information for what I was after and was provided with a quote. we had hired out a venue for our work party however we had a hiccup as the delivery was Thursday and collection Tuesday (we only had the venue for 1 evening) I was given a quote to change to a Sunday morning delivery and collection Monday morning which was doable. The day before the party I was contacted by Delivery guy polite and friendly and was given a 10am delivery time I explained the party wasn't until 7pm he said no problem I'll come a bit later at 12, I arranged a staff member to be present at the venue to accept delivery for 12 although after contacting him he arrived at 2pm. Fast efficient set up and overall very impressed. I Did explain to the delivery man that I wasn't happy that I had someone waiting around for 2 hours for him to arrive as if I had recieved a call that traffic was a problem they could've gone away and returned. At our venue we had an outside gap but no hose (which was required to clean all the equipment) the 2 guys wiped everything down and other than the smell from inside the tent you wouldn't have known due to it being dark. Before leaving I walked the equipment and I was told to only turn on the LED furniture when the party started and it would last until maybe 1am and that 3 of the furniture pieces wasn't working by 7.15 6 pieces wasn't lighting up so really let down as i want the led furniture to be the main decoration in the tent and therefore didnt have many other decorations inside. The equipment really was eye catching and the dance floor and nightlight really did get people talking. When we discussed collection again I just said can you make sure you let me know if your running late as again this was a hired out venue (who had other functions ) we went from a 11.30/12 ish to gone 2pm collection thankfully I wasn't required to drive the 45 minute journey back to the venue and wait further.
Great concept but a shame about the details that added unnecessary complexity. 1 star missed for faulty led furniture and 1 star missed for delays /lack of communication around delays

Amazing experience amazing staff everything was perfect so smoothly delivered and collected will most definitely be using this company again highly recommended also the staff were amazing? I literally drove poor Kristy bonkers with my thousands of questions and messages but bless her always answered them politely. Curtis was amazing setting up and drop off and also picking up. Can’t fault them at all. Will most definitely be using them again. My opinion 100 stars

The dome was fantastic and everyone loved partying in it! Hannah was brilliant and helped throughout the process, and Curtis was so friendly and set everything up perfectly. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Wow, what a fantastic night and the igloo really made it super special. The smoke machine and disco lights were epic. Plus, the dome actually kept the sound of my dodgy singing away from the neighbours lol.

All the team were amazing in both the booking process and the setup. Special mention to Kristy, Hannah and Curtis!

The lovely Luke set up on Friday for our son’s 13th birthday and it’s fair to say the kids were beyond happy . We opted for the full works with smoke machine , numbers , seating etc and it was amazing . The weather was terrible on Saturday and we couldn’t have had the party without pop up parties . I would definitely recommend these guys and will definitely be booking again . Thank you guys for everything !!!

I ordered the 4x4 rave tent for my daughter’s 16th as I did not want a house full of teenagers, this was the best decision. The kids loved it and it made the party that extra bit more special. The service from the team from quote to collection was amazing!! They were so helpful and quick to respond. would recommend pop up parties to anyone looking for something a little different.

We recently hired the 8m dome for a 50th Birthday party with the VIP Club package.
The ordering process was easy and the whole process from start to installation was smooth, professional and friendly. A special mention to Curtis who was fantastic on installation.
The party was amazing. Everyone commented on how good the lighting and dome was. Some stating best party they have ever been too! I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Curtis and his team to others.

I recently hired an inflatable marquee, complete with a laser light DJ booth, lighting system, tables, and couches for my 40th birthday party, and it was an unforgettable experience! From start to finish, the team was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Curtis, who managed the entire setup.
