False advertising, no repair manuals are provided

I should have done due diligence and checked

Do not buy, they are falsely advertising claiming

“Learn how to properly maintain and fix your Porsche Cayenne 2011 - 2018 with this comprehensive service and repair manual. With detailed step-by-step instructions and diagrams, you can confidently tackle any issue with your vehicle. Keep your luxury SUV in top condition for years to come.”

The documents provided are not repair manuals, the documents are “training or technical information manuals for Porsche technicians”. There is no manuals provided that takes you step by step to repair your car.

Do-Not use this company!!

Do-Not use this company!!!
Less than a week ago, I paid £10 via their website for an online manual for my 2007 Porsche Carrera 3.8 S.
In return I received an email with a file I was unable to open, no matter what I did.
I then tried to contact them unsuccessfully on 5 separate email occasions using the various methods that were at my disposal.
To-date I have not had one response back to any email.
There is no contact number to call them and ironically the website boasts of a 24/7 helpine which I cannot find anywhere!?
Save your money and spend it on a reputable site where you may actually receive an online manual that you have paid for.
