Great Service and very professional!
Solved all my ongoing issues with my car

Brought my Porsche Cayenne Hybrid to the team at Porsche Specialist Services for a major service. From booking my service, to dealing with Lucy on what was required for the service and the associated costs I was really impressed with the friendliness and honesty. The service was delivered in a timely manor and the costs where accurate to the penny. Highly recommend garage!

Second visit over the course of a year and again received a first class and friendly service. Fault diagnosed and rectified without issue. An honest approach and reasonable price. Thanks again.

I've been to their garage 4 times for servicing my Cayman. They are really nice and genuine people who will explain you what the issue is, how much it will cost and time to return the car. First ever garage I've been to who are honest and don't rip off customers by charging extra bucks. I've had a great experience and I highly recommend them.

I needed a 12year major service and some suspension maintenance done to my 2010 997.2 4S. I spoke to Keith who gave me a detailed breakdown of all the work that was going to be carried out along with an accurate cost of the job. Very pleased with the service and quality of work that was completed. I will definitely be using PSS for any future work that I need and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I was looking for a honest Porsche specialist for my Gen 1 Macan S (Petrol V6, 340PS), but could not find anyone for the life of me.

I came across Porsche specialist services via word of mouth and how good they are. I can tell you one thing. They did not disappoint. The customer service I received from start to end, was spot on and the work done to my car is top notch. Cannot fault them.

I used PSS for a health inspection and clutch & brake fluid change on my recently purchased 987 Boxster.
They informed me of some defects on the car which I had repaired by PSS under the warranty.
This is a great company to use if you want your Porsche looked after properly and very reasonable prices.

I booked an appointment to my rain sensing wipers activated on my Cayman 981. The work took around 30 minutes to complete. The final fee was extremely reasonable. Who would have thought that for such little money you can have rain sensing wipers?

Their workshop is full of various different Porsche models which can only mean that I lot of people put their trust and have faith in these guys. They are a professional outfit!!!!

Will be making sure that these guys take care of my Cayman's needs in the future

I thought I was taking my car to a Professional Porsche garage but I think their employees are unscrupulous with poor morals which cost me time and money.
I took my Porsche to Porsche Brooklands Surrey in 2020 with some difficulty because of lockdown. It went in because of a cooling problem which needed new parts and Porsche Reading said it was covered under Porsche Extended warrantee. It took time to book it in for a service and the cooling problem. It was fitted in two months later because of lookdown. On examination they said that I had a nail in the front tyre, but I have since seen that the video shows that the nail head looks brand new with no damage to the head. Because of lockdown I said fit a new tyre. After the service, new tyre and cooling parts, I complained to Porsche Reading that I had been charged for the cooling parts, so Porsche Brooklands had to repay that part of the cost. Also, they did not protect the cream carpet which meant I had to have it all cleaned because of the rusty water marks on the carpet. Five days later I took it for the MOT at a different Porsche garage which does MOT on the premises. They informed me that I had an oil leak from the oil filter container; I had to take it back to Brooklands to have a new oil filter container fitted. 2 years later I took my Porsche to have the next service at a different Porsche garage, only to be told that all my tyres are over 5 years old. I complained to Porsche Brooklands that they had sold me a tyre in 2020 which was over 3 years old. Porsche Brooklands responded by saying that I have had a new tyre fitted since they have fitted one, which is a lie. I have now been shown how to read the date of manufacture on tyres.
I’m sure that you can see from my long running list of problems why I feel that Brooklands Porsche do not have customer service or care top of their priorities.

Really happy with the service provided by the team for my Cayenne. Also unlike other garages they didn't try to sell more 'check ups' and billable man-hours. Highly recommended.

Had an issue with the front fans on my Cayman, contacted Porsche Specialist Services who quickly booked it in to diagnose the issue…. What can I say, they went over and above expected, diagnosed them issue, fixed it and all for a very reasonable price.
I can’t recommend this company enough, professional and friendly.

Although mine was only a small job - fitting TechArt flappy paddles to my pdk multi-function slider steering wheel (C4S 997.2) these guys did a top job really promptly and looked after me very kindly while I waited due to living too far away to go back and forth by public transport. If I lived locally I'd gladly bring my car here for all servicing.

Had a gearbox oil leak on my Cayman and had previously been to 2 Porsche specialists who failed to sort it out. Found these guys on the internet and they diagnosed the problem, rectified the leak and all sorted! I will be recommending them to my friends in future and will most certainly be using them again. The whole customer experience was really good. Thank you.
