More than 1 year since the contract and still kitchen is not done. Unefficient, unskilled team
I made a contract with Porta for our kitchen with quartz countertop and same quartz for backsplash too. It has been more than 1 year now and it's still incomplete. Our backsplash has been sent not once but thrice with incorrect measurements. How difficult is it to measure and cut the Quartz, my kids can measure it well too but apparently their experts in the field cannot. Now they come back for the fourth time after 7 months of installing the Quartz countertop, after 3 time incorrectly measured and cut, but this time with change in color and look of the Quartz. I have spent 20 + on this kitchen and 50% of the price is for the Quartz which they have completely messed up with. They say that the original material is now over and the new one does not match the countertop. Was it my fault that they wasted the original material by incorrect measurements and cut thrice? The joke is that they are offering me 500 euro discount if I accept this unmatched quartz for my backsplash with a 1 year delay and thrice incorrectly cut. I am so frustrated at the moment that I really want to cancel the contract and ask them to take their entire kitchen back. I would rather get my kitchen done from an efficient team of people who are professionals. I don't like this changed looking backsplash and I am furious as to what next now. Sharing my review here for awareness so that no one else has to go through such a painful experience like me ever again. Their customer support is terrible too and no one wants to ever respond, including the sales person who helped with design and plan. I regret choosing Porta for my kitchen big time. I wish I knew earlier how pathetic they are. I didn't want to ideally give any star to this store. Does not deserve anything at all.
