While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Value absolutely not worth the price

– Value absolutely not worth the price.
– Very thin veneer (foiling), even in the Premium option. It’s not a hard veneer — just a thin foil with a light structure.
– Arrived from the factory already with many small damages to the veneer, because even the slightest bump is enough to damage it.
– Assembly was sometimes a nightmare due to inaccurate factory drillings.
– We also made a reclamation because parts were missing on delivery. The reclamation took over 2 months until we received the parts.
– To conclude: For the price of one Porta door, you will surely get 3 doors of similar quality in a usual hardware store (Bauhaus, OBI, etc.).
– Fortunately, the doors we ordered were just for our holiday home. Even if totally overpriced for the quality, they will be enough for our use case. I would never recommend these doors to anyone for their main home.
