I recently purchased a tent from this company. The tent itself has several issues, and when I reached out for help, I was met with silence. Despite their claim to "aim to reply in 24 hours," I have yet to receive a single response to my emails. Customer service and warranty support are clearly not a priority for them.

Update 30/5. No response as yet!!

I have bought two chairs. Arrived in good time however they are not as required.
I have filled in the contact form 3 times but no response!
They telephone number given simply states that there are 'no available agents' then cuts you off!
I am hoping this will prompt a response and I can then return for refund.

Alfa 5 Air.. Excellent quality have compared to a major branded Air tent of same size. Has many pro's only 2 cons.
Love the colour. Top marks for this product.

Delivery was prompt , I will reserve judgement for how performs in different weather because I’ve not used it yet .
I have though put it up and taken it down in my garden as a test run before I go away single handed I’m a short female at 5’2 and in her 50s . I was impressed how quickly it inflated and when it came to packing away in the bag it fit with ease .

Fast delivery. Great communication. Have yet to put up tent.....watch this space!

Great comfortable chairs

A really excellent tent. Can be used as one really large open plan tent or it's easy to attach the inner bedroom to separate the bedroom from the 'sitting area'. Took my 11 year old son and me 15mins to put up. It snowed the night we camped and the tent stayed dry. Great tent ⛺👍

Very happy with products (two beach chairs). Both sent separately, first arrived next day, second one went astray at DPD. Arrived five days later. I appreciate that these things happen, so not overly concerned.

Very speedy delivery and very pleased with the table. As a number of others have stated in their reviews the sticker on the table top is difficult to remove but we managed it without scratching the table. Looking forward to using it post lockdown

Excellent tent, ensured 14 hrs of rain straight off and not a drop inside! Impressed by 4000 hs. Lots of room in both bedroom and porch. Excellent vale, was half the cost of alternative brands.

Ordered a 'Aspen Active 12 litre Cool Bag' from Portal Outdoor for £18.94.
I think it was sent from Holland or Germany. It measures 30cm x 20cm x 20cm high. Attractive design: black with turquoise lines; thickly padded all round.The top lid zips open / closed & features a large, clear plastic pocket to hold a shopping list or other notes.The back of the bag has 2 adjustable velcro straps so it can be fitted onto cycle handlebars. Use mine for shopping trips when buying frozen food: fish / vegetables / ice cream,etc. Could also be used for days out, picnics, etc. Robustly made, it's a brilliant buy.

We were looking for an upgrade from our old tent and it's more than we hoped for. Just what we were looking for. We ordered on a Friday and paid a bit extra for quick delivery and it arrived 2 days before our planned days away.
