Avoid this company at all costs.

Avoid this company at all costs.
Don’t be fooled by the lovely items you see online, this company will steal your money then fob you off with excuses such as “ oh sorry we’ll resend your order” or “ very sorry we have people off with Covid” etc etc etc
I waited weeks for my item to be delivered, in the end I got in touch with Klarna & they dealt with it immediately.
Unless you want to give your hard earned money away with nothing to show for it AVOID!!

I will not be ordering from Portare…

I will not be ordering from Portare again, despite promises that goods have been dispatched nothing materialises. I had problems with this company last year bit stupidly ordered again, the only time they are prompt is taking money

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This company should be stopped trading. Ordered 15th May and despite reassurances of you will get the order plus a gift voucher, then we’ve had Covid, I’ve been busy with a funeral, then a wedding, nothing from them. Richard, the owner, I think gave his personal reassurance. Nothing happened.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are utterly disgusting. I have reported this on.

Still not received order from April

Still not received order from April. No one calls you back. Always answerphone Got through once and said would sort but still not. No replies to emails. Ordered from you many times and this has happened once before. If my recent query not sorted soon I will never order again.

placed an order on 14/05/21

placed an order on 14/05/21, today it has been over a month and still haven't received the goods. emailed them 3 times no response, tried to ring but get cut off straight away. reported them to trading standards.
they are a scam company, save your money.

Hideous company

Hideous company. Don’t deliver goods as ordered missing part of order, won’t answer emails, months later no refunds of goods received. Website has now disappeared and on checking companies house for ltd company can see the director has another dissolved company. Looks scammy.

Ordered 3 items on 16 may 2021 . I haven’t received as yet . Tried send email twice no response ,I have phoned no reply so left a message . My friends daughter messaged owner . He said he would look into still no response 😡

Dreadful service

Dreadful service. Still waiting for my order placed on 29.4.21 - was told a replacement had been sent out 2 weeks ago, but lo and behold this hasn’t turned up either!!
I’ve been told lots of times (via messenger) that someone will look into it, but no one ever gets back to me.
Absolutely shocking service!

After great service in the past

After great service in the past, I am now waiting for an item ordered nearly 3 weeks ago, having been told it was dispatched 2 weeks ago. Unable to get any response, not looking good for any future orders.

Ordered 2 items on 4th May 2021

Ordered 2 items on 4th May 2021. Still waiting for delivery despite 5 emails asking where my order is. Luckily I paid using Klana so I don't have to go through my bank to get a refund. Would never order from this web site again.

Very disappointing

I made an order on 27/4/2021. It is now 9/5/2021 and I have still not received my item. After numerous emails and messages via social media, none of which were replied I called the office and was informed it had been despatched on 5/5/2021 but I have still not received it. Website states same day despatch and 2/3 days delivery, I live less than 3 miles from the company office? My friend has had similar problems, poor communication, poor service. Very disappointing.

Terrible company

Terrible company - I ordered 3 items 2 came and a hand written note on despatch note said the missing item would be refunded. This never happened - I returned the remaining 2 items for a refund still not received anything. I have emailed and phoned numerous times and have no response i will be reporting this company to Trading Standards.
Update: still received no contact or refund - luckily I have claimed the money back through my bank and they will commence action to recover the money from Portare.

Incredibly poor customer service

Incredibly poor customer service. Placed an order 29/3 and an item was missing on delivery. Called and spoke to a gentleman who agreed and said a replacement would be sent. 1/5 no replacement and the company refuse to answer any emails or calls. I am forced to go to my bank and make a claim.

Don’t buy from this company they don’t…

Don’t buy from this company they don’t want to refund your money!! No one answers emails took 2 weeks for someone to answer the phone sent messages on Facebook. Was told 3 times refund was done still waiting 😡SOMETHING NOT RIGHT ABOUT THIS PORTARE CLOTHING !!!!!! . They also didnt tell me one item was out off stock, ordered 2x tops only received 1x but still took my money nearly £80

Disappointed with service

I have bought a lot of items from Portare and they are good quality and never been disappointed with them. The only reason I have given a 3 Star is service. I ordered my goods before 2pm on a Thursday and paid for next day delivery as they were required for Saturday but I did not receive them until the following Wednesday which was a week from ordering them even thought next day delivery was paid for.
