I am amazed at the sheer quality of this 7 fold silk tie. I own ties from Italian elite houses of couture which cost four times as much, but this is every bit as luxurious. The customer service is on par with the very best retailers, and the product came beautifully packaged. I can honestly say that I am blown away by this proud English company.

Prompt delivery and very good quality product.

Communication was great and very fast delivery to the U.S. I purchased the limited-edition Keith Haring tie for my son as a gift, and it exceeded expectations. The packaging/presentation was delightful, and the tie was beautiful and exceptionally well made.

Great tie! High quality and beautiful print. Needed it next day for an awards dinner and they came thru. Packaging, while slightly excessive perhaps, was lovely making the 'unboxing' very cool. Highly recommended!

Absolutely brilliant customer service. I ordered a pocket square (my first order, even got a substantial discount) which they shipped the same day via second class shipping, however for some reason I didn't receive it until the next week. I was getting slightly worried about receiving it so I emailed the company to request a follow up with Royal Mail, and they actually sent me another one via next day delivery! That's the level of customer service and thoughtfulness that other companies should aspire to achieve. At the end, I ended up receiving two so I sent one back. Cannot praise Porter Pepperell enough for their support.

Excellent customer service from Stephen and much appreciated! Superb designs and beautifully made ties and pocket squares. As someone who still enjoys wearing a shirt and tie with a suit or jacket a quality tie from a first class maker is an essential not just a luxury so can't praise highly enough!

Porter & Pepperell´s ties is truly quality products.
There are many ways of making a tie, hence it is a pleasure finding a company true to old honest quality way of making them, and not cutting corners to save time and money.

You could easily end up paying far much higher prices for ties of much poorer quality if buying from other manufacturers.

Boxes falling to pieces. How old is stock? When exporting you should remove UK vat. Paying Vat on vat never great. Value for customer shoul have excluded.

It was a joy to open the packaging. This was for me but I would be extremely happy and excited to send to as a gift. The packaging, the paperwork and even the exterior wrapping showed care and attention.

Very nice and high quality ties. Shipping was prompt and ties arrived very nicely packaged. My only disappointment was a few ties I wanted were out of stock.

Quality and presentation plus price.Delivery was excellent.

Most 7 fold ties can be well over £100, with the 20% off you can get for signing up to the email newsletter I decided to give it a go with the ties only being £52 each. I got 4 ties, all of them are great quality for the price. It may not be the highest quality Italian silk but still infinitely better than the polyester tie and pocket square matching sets.
