I received fantastic help, the staff were great. This was my first time ever investing and they made it a lot less scary than I anticipated. It is a great feeling to have finally bought my first investment property and I got quite quite emotional once we had exchanged.

Professional service from zacc all the way through. Everything was kept easy to understand and he never moved on until we understood everything. All questions were answered with the same clarity. Lola took charge of the exchange process and kept everything and everyone on track until the exchange took place. We receive regular construction updates and hope to work with Portico again later this year.

We cannot fault Portico Invest in any way. Their staff are professional and hard working. If your usual consultant is not available, someone else will try to help. They encourage questions, each of which they answer in depth. We actually learned things that we had never considered relevant or important. We are already planning our next investment.

It was amazing how Lola from Portico Invest dealt with all the solicitors and paperwork so quickly and made it look easy. She helped source financing and tax advice. Lola also found the time to update me on any movements, always cheerful and thoughtful. Super service with a smile.

At first, the notion of being abroad throughout the entire purchase process instilled discomfort within me, but I was amazed to find Adeel handle everything seamlessly. His professionalism and attention to detail during the entire process is something I appreciate deeply. Certainly, this is why in the future, I plan on working with Portico Invest again as I have had only positive experiences with every person from the sales to client care.

James was a really likable and friendly chap and I enjoyed learning from him and gaining valuable information about property investments. What I really appreciate is the constant flow of information and communication, even at weekends. My partner and I could sit down and go through things at times suitable for us, and make a list of questions. These were dealt with promptly and, if James was going to be unavailable, we would get a call or email from one of his colleagues. Great people and company.
