Emergency 🚨 call out - our attempt to replace our dripping kitchen tap turned into a broken pipe with water everywhere. Jack saved the day! He was at our home within the hour, fixing the issue with new joints and fitting the new tap successfully. Thank you for your late night persistence with the problem and saving us from a night of worry and stress.

Great personal service. Jack organised everything for our new bathroom. He project managed each step. First he organised Chris to come and help us choose the shower, tiles, sink etc.. We went on holiday and when we came back 3 weeks later it was mostly finished.

When all was finished Jack placed a reed diffuser in our completed bathroom. A great touch!

Amazing called Tuesday night and Jack came at 10.15 Wednesday morning. Fixed the problem of the broken pop up waste in bathroom sink within 1 hour. Very professional very friendly would wholeheartedly recommend and will definitely use again when the need arises. Have already booked for a boiler service.

We just recently had a new boiler fitted by jack and we were over the moon with it! Presented himself very well and clearly works to a very high standard. His pipe work was very neat and tidy, he was punctual and kept the house very clean throughout the duration. A top lad who clearly knows his stuff would highly recommend.

Very professional service from Jack at Portland Plumbing.
He replaced the gravity fed immersion heater and installed a new water main pressure fed immersion heater which also enabled the shower pump to be removed. A new water softner was also fitted. Jack completed the job in a day. Very pleased with his workmanship.

Had water coming through the ceiling in my garage.Rung Portland Plumbing and they immediately came to fix the problem.
Leak on the pump to the hot cylinder was the problem and was fixed straight away.
Very friendly and reasonable cost to fix my problem.
Had them back to do other things and they just finished a new bathroom for me.
What a great job and a fantastic company.
