Requested a price but the person on the phone was more interested in slating another local company. Apparently he was also a conflict resolution specialist??? We agreed a meet up with his colleague Dave at first 9am then later 9.15am to view the site and specific container the following day. I turned up on time but Dave never did. I called them and they decided that because I had not answered the phone at a certain time that I would not be a good customer!!!! Plus he lied about another company. I reported his statement to the other company and they said obviously we are doing something right if a competitor is talking about them.

Amazing staff, allowed me to change start date to an earlier date. Would highly recommend

Reserved 2 storage containers through this company and they were really helpful and friendly talking me through the process which I have never done before.. showed me around the site and how to open and close the containers and how to access the gate to get in and out which was by a simple app you download with your own password so only you can access the site.. very helpful team would definitely recommend

Absolutely fantastic service from Portlands self storage in Sheffield! As a first timer using self storage for an house move, I had so many questions and Ryan and the team helped with all my questions, Nothing was too much trouble and couldn't have asked for a better booking experience. The yard is clean, secure and easily accessible, and the staff onsite showed me how to enter the yard safely and securely. The units themself a very good quality with airflow throughout.

My container is clean and the site is very easy to access. It’s located just next to aldi/asda in handsworth so it’s very handy to get to. I’d highly recommend.

Really nice people running the site. It is all new. Just behind Asda so it is easy to get to.

It’s an easy process and the containers are brand new. The site is safe and secure. A good all round experience.
