A gorgeous and unique bag
I absolutely love my bag from Portmantos. I love how it is sturdy but light. You can see the high quality in it's design, and it's so perfect for travel! Shipping was fast and the product is exactly as pictured :)

klean kanteen fan
i bought a klean kanteen insulated thermus and i love it! i already owned a few before this purchase but none this size, it works great for water when i'm going out for the day! it was also reasonably priced compared to other sites.

Some of the BEST customer service ever!
Portmantos had some of the best customer service ever! I needed a specific bag, timing was critical and wanted to pay a price I saw online, but wasn't what their catalogue had. The customer service person expedited my order, gave me a super price, and was truly concerned that she met all my expectations and more. I would go to them FIRST when I need other luggage, bags and other items they sell. I bought a $150 price range LeSportsac carryon (no wheels), and they are rarely discounted.

I ordered a travel bag that I used for a trip to India. It was a perfect carryon, allowing for fitting under the seat for easy access. I received the bag quickly and as ordered. Very happy wth purchase and company.

I ordered a 3 piece matching set of Ted…
I ordered a 3 piece matching set of Ted Baker luggage (one was ordered through Amazon, but the order was filled by Portmantos). they only shipped 2 of the three pieces. one of the two pieces they shipped was from a different set, and I returned it to Amazon and the return was processed by Portmantos. I canceled the piece that did not ship and also returned the 2nd piece that I ordered from the portmantos website, but they claimed to not receive the item even though the shipping said it was received and never refunded the amount. I had to dispute the charge.
