I would give them no stars if I could. I made an order online. Received a email receipt the only information it says I would receive an email when the portrait was ready. During the process it says you will receive an email for approval- never received. I was only able to view the design with the ink marks. The company went through with production without my approval and there is a weird line under the eyes and a weird shadow on the forehead. The company now wants more money to fix the portrait.
Don’t waste your money there is better company’s out there doing a better job than this company!

This company is like a breath of fresh air to deal with they were first class in helping me send and edit the print i wanted.the print i had made is absolutley brilliant.so life like and top quality.love it.cannot reccommend this company highly enough.very special picture for us to cherish.many thanks

Was going to do a portrait option for my daughter, but on looking through the options there is no diversity at all. All the options are Caucasian people.

That's a big turn off as there should be more inclusivity.

Needless to say, I will not be purchasing anything now.

I was having problems receivng pictures by emal.so i contacted them .they sent to me on messenger was very helpful all the way highly recommend will be buying again

I've been waiting for my order to be delivered for 10 days and I still haven't received it, they just lie and say that you will receive your order within 24 to 48 hours.

My brother passed away and I had very few good photos of him. I wanted a nice image to remind the great nieces and nephews of this Uncle who loved them so much. I found a photo where he wasn't the focus, and trying to blow up that corner he was in wasn't working. I reached out and, Yes, they would be able to do something for me. The result is wonderful. I chose a colored pencil style, they captured his smile, his eyes, the joy that was part of him. I'm thrilled with the portrait. Please allow time for the artist to do their work.

I wanted a portrait of my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and began looking at online portrait sites. What I liked most about Portrait Gift is that it offered me personalized options. I could choose my background and my framing. I made the right choice! The artwork is amazing. They captured the spirit and image of my dog perfectly in every brush stroke of the oil painting. Their customer service is excellent and they communicate throughout. I would recommend ordering early. Although the initial proof was sent long before the date noted on the website, the revision and framing took longer than expected and the artwork arrived two days after Christmas. Really I should have ordered a bit earlier for custom artwork, so I don't blame the company. Do order early if you have a date set for your artwork. Overall I am extremely happy with my portrait and the service. Thank you again Lily for art that I will treasure for a lifetime!

I researched many places online to recreate a picture from my wedding for my first anniversary gift to my wife.
I cannot put into words how beautiful the oil painting is that I received. It was better than I could have ever imagined and I am SO thankful I had such a talented artist paint something that was so special to us.

Not only is the painting perfect, but so was the service and responses I received from the support employees at Portrait Gift. I always received an answer within 12 hours - even to my silly questions and requests.

Truly a fantastic experience and I will absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants beautiful artwork in their home or to share with others.

I was a little skeptical using a company on the internet. I am a Realtor and wanted a nice gift for a special client. Lily was my artist/contact..it took longer than I had anticipated but it was worth the wait. It is gorgeous and I know my clients will love it! Communication was great! I will use them again!!

Great painting and excellent price, but it didn't arrive anywhere near when it was supposed to. All in all a stellar deal for excellent work, but keep in mind it arrived two weeks late for my mom's birthday. If you don't have a timeframe then I'd say go for it because they're great artists at cheap cost.

So, I just received my piece in the mail, and despite having high expectations, I was literally blown away. The service is amazing, the quality is phenomenal, the art work is spectacular, and the follow up is thorough. Thank you guys, you sincerely made this special gift more special.
Will definitely be using the service again and recommending you all over.
