Colin and team were excellent from start to finish. We had to delay the carpet fitting for a couple of months as we had problems with some renovation work, but they were really understanding and accommodating. Delighted with the final product and couldn't recommend highly enough. We will be going back to Portsmouth Flooring to get the rest of the carpets done!

Fantastic job fitting a herringbone floor in our hall, kitchen/diner/family room. Great advice by Colin who was so helpful and went above and beyond. The 2 fitters were also brilliant and did a fantastic job. Extremely happy and would thoroughly recommend this company.

Oz and Lee were both professional, polite and turned up on time. Oz laid the levelling compound, leaving no mess or issues. Lee then laid the flooring 3 days later and did an amazing job whilst entertaining us with his singing! The floor looks fantastic and we will certainly recommend this company to friends and family.

Upon visiting the showroom, we were assisted by Allen, who provided us with a favourable quotation for our flooring requirements. Three days later, the floor fitters arrived to commence the installation. Lee, Steve, and Pete were exceptionally friendly and executed the work to an exceptional standard, meeting all our expectations. The luxury vinyl tile (LVT) installation is visually stunning and has significantly enhanced the aesthetics of our home. We intend to return to Portsmouth Flooring for the installation of our upstairs flooring.

I used Portsmouth Flooring as they are local and I live in Milton. Julia was so lovely when I went to their showroom.

As a woman it was great to not be 'leapt on' but left to look around and ask as many questions as I wanted to.

We ended up buying a large remnant for our living room and also paid for underlay. The day of the fitting the team arrived and removed and took away the old carpet and inspected the existing underlay and said it was still good so they would arrange a refund for that as well.

They were lovely chaps, polite and tidy and even offered to tidy up a hallway carpet that had been incorrectly finished by the previous owners. What was great is how genuine and authentic the whole team was and how intent they were on doing the best job that they could. Please support this local business as we know that times are hard. Their communication was good and I will be back in the future to get some more carpets and flooring done for sure.

After emailing many companies in the Portsmouth area re supplying a range of flooring, Colin at Portsmouth Flooring was the only person to reply, inviting us to visit the showroom when next in the area. From our first meeting Portsmouth Flooring, through Colin, gave us the confidence that they could provide good products and great service at a competitive price. Everyone at Portsmouth Flooring played their part - Colin in sales and co-ordinating the fitting to the fitters themselves. Would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them.

We loved collaborating with Colin from start to finish. He is incredibly knowledgable and gave us some excellent advice. We were really finding it difficult to make a decision but he never put pressure on us and gave us all the facts and info to come to the right one. Colin is really kind, warm and personal, making us feel comfortable from the very start which we always appreciate as it can be daunting taking on new house projects like this. We cannot thank Colin and the team enough for the service and will 100% be back as soon as we need new flooring. It’s almost tempting to rip a few planks up just for an excuse!

Absolutely great service and such a pleasure to deal with. This was the last part of our renovation and we were a bit weary with it all but Craig and the fitters made such an effort to help us to get just what we wanted and for such a great price that it was a nice ending to our project. The carpets look great and I will definitely use again and have recommended to a number of people.

Helpfully and hold a great product knowledge, as well as a great variety of samples, and took the time to explain the pro's and con's of each type of laminate floor especially when we told them about our plans for the room and the use of office type chairs, they even let us take some boards away to check what we liked.
The guys arrived on time and cracked straight on, working in an extremely clean and thoughtfull way which impressed me somewhat to be honest, and left the job spotless with no rubbish left behind like some I have used.
All on all I am extremely pleased with Portsmouth Flooring and the easy experience that Colin and the others gave me and will visit them again next time I need anything done.
