Portus 27-Series-2 27 All In One PC i7
Tried ordering by telephone at 17:00 on a Thursday evening and had to leave telephone message not realising I had hit close of play. Was called back almost immediately, my order was taken and was promised delivery the following Monday. Low and behold 08:00 Monday it had arrived. Great service.
Followed instructions for the bios update which was fairly easy and worked first time (I am 73 years old).
Thrilled with the product its lightening fast.
Keep it up Portus wish you well for the future.

I've been buying laptops and desktops for over 30 years, and I have to say that Portus Digital made it a breeze. The all-in-one design is the best Windows design I've had, it's a really nice monitor, and it boots really fast.
The support via 'chat', as well as email & phone, is a great feature. You're dealing with real people, and people who know what they're talking about.
I'm generally a grumpy old git, but I have to admit that I'm very happy, and relieved, that I found them.

Very happy indeed with my Portus Pro108. It was very easy to set up and works invisibly and silently in the background - so unlike my wheezing 4-year-old AIO from Dell (high spec back in the day) which in terms of speed and fan told you all the time how much work it had to do. Transferring my many files from that computer took a couple of days onto external hard drives and the cloud: transferring them into the Portus Pro took a couple of hours. I've had the item two weeks now and it seems as though I'd always had it. It does heavy duty tasks like converting PPT to MP4 in minutes rather than hours. It's just great.

Agree with other reviewers that the keyboard and mouse are lightweight, and, again like others, have chosen to use my own instead, but these are indeed "peripheral" and we all have different tastes and priorities. It's easy and cheap to find an alternative keyboard and mouse that suits you. The important thing for me was that I couldn't find a computer of this spec elsewhere for anywhere near this money (the nearest I found was well over £500 more expensive, and often £1k). In my researches over several weeks, Portus offers the best VFM around.

Re customer service: I had one query by email asking for advice before buying and that was answered very helpfully and promptly even though it was 28 December; a second contact, this time by phone, concerned the recycling of my old computer after I was sure the Portus was working fine. Again very helpful and flexible, and much more personal than buying from some multi-national giant.

Finally, in terms of green practices. One reviewer commented on the non-recyclable nature of some of the packing materials. Well, I just used it all to pack up my old computer and send it back. It was very handy and of course free. Recycle can mean re-use as well as compost.

In short, I'd not hesitate to buy from Portus again. Much recommended.

I was considering buying a Dell AIO and was looking on internet for alternatives, saw Portus, liked certain model (over £1000] and wrote a question to them on graphics card on particular AIO, never got reply, carried on looking and preferred the portus model, so purchased it, didn't use until Christmas day, as it was a present, couldn't get mouse and keyboard working , so after a few tries and failed to get it going, I wrote to portus around 28 December, still to this day I have no reply, something very simple on mouse in the end to get it working, but not the point really, The reason I have given 4 stars for is the AIO atm is Great!

My husband bought all in one pc and it was damaged after 3 days. We contacted portus digical and they picked it up and within a week was repaired and returned . Excellent service.

The online instruction guide would not load after step 5.

Additionally, for a company that claims to he environmentally sustainable I.e. provide their instruction manual online, the computer equipment is packed with a lot of non-environmentally friendly material (polystyrene and plastic bags). To be serious with this commitment, rather than cost cutting on manuals, it would be good to live this statement and pack computer with bio-degradeable options which are now available.

The equipment for the computer seemed cheap and did not work (mouse and keyboard).

It was time to upgrade and after carrying out a lot of research, came across these guys - and I'm sure glad we did. The product arrived well packaged, all the info in one place and was very easy to set up. Been using it for a little while now, and am really happy I found you! Thank you!

I have my Portus - 27 series - All in One for around a year now, since day 0 the customer service was brilliant and helped me to pick up the best PC, then I had a tiny problem with setting up an additional memory what wasn't an issue as well (quick phone call and everything was solved).
Till this day I know I have the support I need.
Great PC (not even the smalles issue! looks amazing; VERY presentable), good company and very student friendly.
And all green! The packaging will be used again ;)

I am delighted with the service, the product and after having lots of fun trying it out I am over the moon with the efficiency of the machine

Purchased two 'all in one' desktop machines and they have very much lived up to expectations - quick and responsive. Surprised though that they were not Windows 11 ready (TPM 2.0 not enabled) but Aaron gave very easy to follow instructions how to do this, and it took only a few minutes to sort this minor issue. Overall very pleased and impressed with the company's back-up service.

Portus 24" AIO

Good machine for the money, it is let down by some very minor points. My machine had two errors on delivery. Missing Windows Key and 2nd SSD not set up. Both were quickly resolved but should not have been there.

PROS
1... Price
2... Looks
3... Does what it says on the tin.
4... Portus will upgrade the HDD and memory prior to dispatch at a reasonable price, pity this service is not more visible on the website.
5... Free collect and return 3 year warranty.
CONS
1... the 4 USB 3 ports are at the back of the machine with 2 USB 2 ports in the more accessible side location. like many users the devices I connect and disconnect (in my case portable CD reader/writer, portable hard drive and a camera) on a regular basis would benefit from USB 3.
2 ... The webcam quality is a let down.
3 ... The keyboard looks and feels cheap and nasty (I put it the cupboard of "too good to bin but not good enough to use" bits)
4... Let down by the very scant instructions. For instance there are 4 buttons on the side of the machine, two maybe volume, I have no idea what the other two labelled A and M do !!!!
5... To get the 3rd year warranty you need to register on line with a load of details Portus already have. Are they hoping you don't register an avoid the additional year warranty.... naughty!

All in all I am happy with my purchase

Quick delivery/service, ease of purchase, well packed and received.

This AIO is blindingly fast and easy to set up though I am very technically adept so know my way around the bios.
So why only 4 stars ,if the rating was out of 10 I would give 9 the only reason is due to expecting a wireless mouse and keyboard though the enclosed mechanical keyboard is nice I bought a AIO to keep the clutter(wires etc) down so went out and bought one so everything is perfect .

Very informed product advice and helpful staff. Delivered within the time specified. Somewhat light on comms, but responsive to requests. Seem nice to deal with. Would recommend.

Delivered two days after the order! 27 inch AIO, worked first time. Windows 11 BIOS upgrade a bit fiddly, but worth doing. Works with all my peripherals including an ancient HP Laserjet P3005 - I am very impressed. Minor improvements needed - there are not enough usb ports (especially as there is no DVD player and the one supplied needs two usb ports) and they are not easy to get at. Also sound (as usual) is poor. Works great playing a DVD smoothly, with heavy weight games, and as a work engine. Nice size, not overwhelming on the desk but 27 inches - who said size isn't everything? A great all round machine, the 32GB memory makes everything so fast. I would certainly buy my next computer from Portus.

Quick turnaround from order to received.

Only been using AIO for a few days, but so far so good.

Much faster than previous laptop. Nice screen size.

Would prefer option of hard wired mouse and keyboard, but that's a personal choice.

Overall, well worth it.

Great efficient service. All in once pcfeels well made, was easy to setup (win 10) and connect. Only reason I have not given 5 stars is the wireless keyboard feels cheap and slides over my desk when typing. Also the pop-up camera could not be adjusted, so when looking at the screen people couldonly se the top of my head.

So far so good.
