The truth

On purchase and installation I gave this company a 5 star review. Less than a year after install how much different Rob the owners attitude now is,completely different. My electric point keeps blowing an a highly trained electrician say it should not be sold as a 13 amp supply hence the fuse does not blow but the socket does. It need to be a minimum of 16 amp, So much more cost to me to replace a point twice. Rob states it work on 13amp and questions the electrician which I find very offensive and maybe if your stupid enough like me to buy off him you ask him to commit that to writing. I booked a service expect him to come so it could be discussed but 2 minutes before they was due to arrive I received a call to say they could not make it because they where stuck in Manchester, some 2 hours away. I was then asked to pay for the service at £199 for them to come on another date. That was the third time I had a payment request prior to service. Who pays for a service before it takes place, I can only imaging they have some cash flow problem. In regards to warranty the direction button is very hard to move and I've reported it but its still not working correctly.Finally the lid was closed and secure but still manged for the security clips to got broken off during the recent storms. I believe its a design fault or it was not fitted correctly. Hopfully this is read by Rob and if he acts like he did when I brought the tub and cover the electrician cost and put the other thing right I can change the review according. Shame it got to this as previously I recommended now, I would tell you to go elsewhere. They suggest I was rude which is totally incorrect, I was not happy to receive a message 2 minutes before the service guy was due to say he wasn’t coming and asked for payment for something that hadn’t taken place. I currently having my boiler service and the guy is not expecting payment till the work is completed. I will take up there offer to test and if it not the electrics at my house will see if they will cover the costs or take the tub back as not as it was sold to work on a 13 amp socket.I will then adjust my review accordingly. Things have gone from bad to worse with this company they sent an engineer out last week a really nice guy he messed around with the tub for about 3/4 of an hour and called me out to show me his amperage meter and put a tab was fine on 13 A which it was showing now have you done that when he first arrived I would’ve believed his results however he had plenty of time to adjust the tub, Which I believe he done. He then suggested now that I had a 16amp supply he changed it to a 16 amp supply. He said the socket wasn’t burnt out but it was and I’ve got absolutely nowhere with the whole matter. So if you buy a tub from these people make sure you get a 16amp supply to protect the top I’m now getting a third-party to service it because I won’t go near them again

Poseidon Spas are the best around by far!!!

Well what can we say, we cannot recommend this company enough, from start to finish such a friendly, professional, efficient service we received from Rob and Mark and we absolutely adore our new Santorini hot tub!!!!.
It’s everything we dreamed of and more, high quality and very high spec, at a very competitive price against other companies!!!. Life is too short so if you are going to buy one do it now and please purchase from Poseidon Spas you won’t be disappointed!!! From our initial enquiries all questions and information given promptly, smooth transaction of payment and a prompt and very quick delivery date, including a very efficient installation, again with all demonisations carried out and questions answered, ensuring everything was successful, which was also followed up again by Rob a few weeks afterwards.

Our family and friends adore it too and we’ve had alot of celebrations in it over the festive period and plenty more to come!!. Wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from these awesome fellas again, 5 star service! All the very best to you both and your lovely team for a prosperous New Year and we hope to see you again soon, when purchasing extras and servicing our tub!

We originally bought our hot tub in…

We originally bought our hot tub in April 2021. A few weeks after this we received the devastating news that our landlord was selling the house we rented. I immediately let Poseidon know and requested a refund. This was originally agreed but then after a week we were told no refund would be forthcoming as the company had already purchased the hot tub and would need to resell it first. Skip forward 5 months and still the hot tub had not been sold which was a big yippee for us as we had eventually moved house! A week or so later the hot tub was delivered to us and it was well worth the wait.

Ha Long Bay Spa 5 star review 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Poseidon Spas is such an amazing company and we highly recommend these guys
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 From the sales, to delivery, to installation the service has been perfect 😍 We have the Ha Long Bay spa from the Earth range and it just an unreal tub! We just love it and are completely over the moon! We have wanted a hot tub for a long time and this is just a dream come true! The Ha Long Bay comes with a range of features such as a choice of acrylic colours, champagne bucket, LED lights, sound system to name a few. It is also a 32 amp. A special thanks to Rob & Mark for all of their hard work. They are just the most friendliest and genuine guys who could not do enough to help us. They gave us a step by step guide on the spa instructions and chemicals which was just great and a real personal touch.

Be Very Careful!!

My wife and I decided to treat our family to a spa. The purchase was a joint 40th birthday present and a treat for our children who have had so much disappointment over the last few years. We decided to purchase from Poseidon in March due to them stating a 12 week maximum delivery time. This would be well in advance of our July birthday celebration. At point of sale the service was superb. However, after that we didn’t hear a thing. In fact, after 8 weeks we called Poseidon to see what was happening with the order, it was explained that they still expected the delivery within the 12 weeks. 12 weeks arrived and we still had no contact from Poseidon, at this point we started to doubt if they were a genuine company. My wife called Poseidon again and this time a female spoke to us who was rude and simply stated they had no delivery time and could not source the parts, this was after the Suez Canal was used as an excuse for the first 12 weeks?? When my wife politely asked for a estimated date the response was “well I’m not a world leader so I wouldn’t know”. Following this we were advised we could have our deposit back if we wanted! This was not the point as we were now entering July and had no spa and our best laid 40th birthday plans and children’s present out of the window. We even had electrics installed for the spa at over £550. The managing director then made contact and offered us an alternative spa for almost £1500 more cash!!! We were already paying £6500 without the price we paid for electrics, and they wanted £8000 for a different spa. There was no goodwill gesture and it quickly dawned on us that there was never any likelihood of us getting the spa we originally purchased. We cancelled the purchase and visited another company. We are delighted to say we found another hot tub and were given an exact date and delivery schedule albeit now way in advance of our 40th birthday celebrations. I think Poseidon may be a decent company if you go by the reviews. Just don’t expect to be updated, or given assurances. Seems a roll of the dice I’m afraid.

In response to the below reply. I have not told any untruths. I would very much be keen to hear the recording as this was said, and would be indeed a very strange thing to make up if it were not true? I admit I replied acknowledging your later correspondence and I have been polite and courteous throughout. We did not receive one phone call from Poseidon spa throughout the whole purchase period, not one. We were left hanging on the whole time and whilst I don’t deny remaining polite and thanking you for at least speaking to us about the issue. The fact remains we were left with no hot tub and an installed electric outlet. Please feel free to send me the recording if you dispute what was said. I would be very keen to hear it. We are not a dishonest couple or family, far from it. I can only report on my experience therefore I’m sorry it is a negative one. I’m sure you can understand the one star given the circumstances? At the end of the day if you make such a big purchase you at the very least expect to be kept updated and to receive said item. We had neither.

I won’t call back to listen to the call, I can accept it may have been taken out of context but the phrase was used and given our circumstances at the time of the call may not have been the ideal thing to say. I have explained in my review that the majority of reviews for your business are positive. Unfortunately in our case not so. I think looking back had we known early on that further delays were inevitable we probably would have cancelled after a few weeks to enjoy a spa through the summer months. It was a big decision for us to decide on such a purchase but having installed electrics ahead of the delivery we simply couldn’t change our minds.

I'm quite confused by your 1* review, we've kept you up to speed with issues that have been caused due to delays with spas and components on the Suez Canal - which were outside of our control unfortunately. I've also listened back to the recording of the phone call from your wife who spoke to one of my colleagues and at no point during the phone call were the words "well I'm not a world leader so I wouldn't know" ever mentioned - so I'm not sure where that has come from.
I made contact with you on the 29th June to let you know that we do have a couple of other spas in stock if you did want to switch to one of those to avoid you waiting any longer, again it was entirely your decision that you didn't wish to go for this, however we tried to help with alternative options.
You clearly have stated in your reply to my email on the 29th June "Thanks for the email, we totally understand the issues you must be faced with at the moment. We can see these are things out of your control", you asked for a refund of your deposit on Sunday 4th July at 21.43pm - by 21.55pm the same evening your refund had been processed back to your account. Which clearly shows that we don't mess our customers around.
I've apologised quite a few times on email to you about the frustrations of the delays which again are outside of our control - however what I won't accept are lies and false comments about my team. Evidence of our conversations via email can be given where again you state you understand about the issues we were faced with. I'm glad you have managed to source a new hot tub and I do wish you the best with everything.

Update - Hello Mr Moyle, if you give me a call I'd be more than happy to play you the recording of the conversation between your wife and my colleague, so you can see that the phrase mentioned has been taken completely out of context.. that much so your wife laughs during the conversation.
As you said you have been polite and courteous in your email correspondence, as have we, both on the phone and during our email conversation. We perhaps should have rang you, however with us waiting on updates from shipping vessels and the factory we would have been phoning you to tell you we don't have an update, which would be pointless, it would be a total waste of your time. Any email's that you have sent to us have been replied to in a quick and polite manner. I can understand the 1* review for the lack of response and the frustration of waiting, however this again is outside of our control, but I'm not accepting statements that have been made that are untrue and affect the credibility of our company and pinpoint our team who have not been rude at all.

Fantastic Company

From start to finish nothing was to much trouble was given a timeframe and was earlier than expected. The installers amazing. Cleaned up after themselves wouldn’t have any help. Which some companies asked for extra pair hands. No hidden costs. 10/10 the only downside is watching my husband walk back and forth watching the temperature rise. He’s impatient 😂

Excellent service from beginning to end.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Rob was happy to answer my million questions and never made me feel silly. The whole process was very easy and it made us feel quite secure making such a big financial commitment. The day of delivery was brilliant and organised. Ruben and Jamie were very careful and made sure everything was perfect before they left. Again, the guys were patient and never made us feel silly for our questions. We will certainly be in touch about services and any questions in the future. Thank you!

Amazing experience

I cannot praise Poseidon spas enough, the experience from the very first phone call to installing our new spa was amazing. Rob is a lovely guy, so friendly and helpful, both him and Mark who installed our spa are a great team who know their stuff. If you want a hot tub with outstanding customer service from a knowledgeable, friendly company then I highly recommend you go to Poseidon spas, you won’t regret it!

Service from Poseidon was fantastic

Service from Poseidon was fantastic!

I couldn't recommend them enough, the service was amazing. They responded to messages and calls quickly and always kept me updated with delivery.

Upon delivery the team arrived nice an early and was able to move the hot tub into the garden despite it being difficult to move round a building and through a gap in the fence.

when the hot tub was positioned they installed the cover, filled the hot tub and showed us how to maintain and operate it.

The staff were fantastic, always friendly and helpful.

Excellent service. I saw the Trident hot tub on Face book…

I saw the Trident hot tub on Face book at the end of Feb. I had been researching and looking since I left my old tub in situ when I sold my house in Oct 2020.
I phoned and Rob came that day as I am local. We discussed where I could site the tub, happily sent my deposit, lots of contact re: The base, the electrics, nothing was too much trouble for Rob.
The team arrived on time on 24th April at 11.15am. The tub was up and running within 2 hours.
I am so pleased and friends cannot believe what great value and great service I have had. Ive recommended and two friends are already interested. I sat last night looking up (no stars) listening to music through the blue tooth. One very happy lady!!

We purchased the santorini hot tub from…

We purchased the santorini hot tub from Poseidon spas, I cannot fault the service,
Rob is really helpful, knowledgable and the customer service from the very first minute and onwards is top class, after-sales advice is unrivalled.

We were in two minds about ordering online however, the team were really transparent and made the process stress free.
The price you get the spa for is amazing and we could not get anyone to come close to price matching.

Do not hesitate to get in touch, it’ll be the best thing you do! Hot tubs are also perfect for these uncertain times, the ability to escape into the serenity of hot bubbling water with a cold one is what dreams are made of!

After talking through the different hottubs over the phone with poseidon spas representative myself and husband chose the Santorini that has 6 seats (1 lounger and 5 seats). Paid my deposit (£99) and was assured that my delivery would be with us in 4 weeks. And it was. It was installed, we where shown how to work it, how to keep it clean etc. We had lots of questions and was given an answer to all. Was even told to call anytime if needed advice. Would definitely recommend

Fantastic Service

I came across Poseidon Spas in search of a hot tub whilst in quarantine and I have to say their service has been exemplary from start to finish. Helping me choose a tub that catered to the size I required and the features that best suited my needs. I would certainly recommend them, even if you’re considering getting one, they’ll help you choose the best one for you.

Couldn't be better

I got mine yesterday, and I can tell you now it was so easy and even quite enjoyable! After all, nothing beats getting the girls round for a hot tub party!
