This is one of the worst companies i have ever bought from.
I have been using Seamoss Gel for over a year now.I saw this company and thought i would try it I wish i didnt.
The seamoss Gel arrived with no order form on the front at all, but thats ok.
Once opened the Seamoss was like water and a funny colour, so as i have done previously, I put it in the fridge.
A few hours later I contacted Customer Services to explain and ask for my money back, I wish I hadnt.
I tried to explain what the product was like but was sent over and over the same response.I even offered to show and share Pictures and vidoe of the product.
It then got worst when i tried to explain what was wrong with the product,
I was called Mrs BattleAxe, is this professional at all?
I am very easygoing and this is the first time i have ever in my life complained about anything but this is a bad product, and the Customer Service leave alot to be desired.
