I've used the Epson TM-T88V printer for years. It's a solid product. With our company's recent cybersecurity updates, we had to look at replacing printers with an updated version. This ticks all the boxes needed for baseline security.

It's a printer. Not the easiest to set up, but that's more about printer technology in general. Once it is setup there isn't much more to do but replace paper and cartridges.
