Stonewalled and return case wrongly denied

I bought an item and it turns out the size was mislabelled. It was either manufactured incorrectly or the labeled with the incorrect size. The seller did not say anything to this effect in the listing, however. I opened a case to return the item and the seller agreed to a return. However, Poshmark did not. They denied my case and I could only attempt to dispute over email as they have no phone customer service. They would only respond to me once every day or two and I would often have to follow up to get a response. They always just repeated the same line that "fit issues are not a valid reason for a return" even though the item was misrepresented (the seller even agreed!). The customer service is absolutely atrocious; I have never experienced such poor service. They simply copy-paste responses that aren't even relevant to the case and ignore everything I say. Additionally, the lack of phone service, the delays in responding, the wrongful denial of a return when it fit within their own policy, and the refusal to take any further evidence into account are completely unacceptable.

Alpaca or acrylic.BIG difference

This site has deteriorated so that I couldnt recommend to anyone now. Bought a alpaca cardigan .only to find on delivery it was acrylic with 11 % alpaca. Same type I could buy for 6 bucks at any thrift store, even the colour was not right. Going through the agonising process of trying to get a refund now.which requires
photos etc as well as not nice messages from seller. I can do without this.Shant be buying on here or on line anymore.too many scams

This Site has gone from bad to worse

This Site has gone from bad to worse. First off, Counterfeit High End Names being sold. But lots of people actually are looking for them. Secondly, The Wish Rings Being Sold As Certified Jewelry. You can buy the certifications on wish So for a cracker jack Ring that cost a dollar and a phoney certification the ring is now hundreds and sometimes over a thousand. But is just junk. No Gold no silver and no real stones. Then the Gold Filled Jewelry. Still just a dollar item. Thirdly. The dump junk from other selling apps jewelry to be specific. I have seen forty eight cent items being sold from ten dollars to twenty five dollars. It's lies just lies. Fourthly, used clothing only worth a five and six bucks being sold for much more. It's used. It's throw away. Cost more to ship in materials and you make a buck or two all said and done. Same with shoes , bags, and others. Fiftly, Grandmas old glassware. Forget it. Donate it. Outdated and certainly no longer a collectable you once thought. And in final. The picture buying. Buying a photo shop photo and it's coming from third party reps. So always an issue. I know people like to believe they are in a real business seeing Thier items up in lights but holding on to hope to make that extra money is just what it is hope. You won't get it. I discovered a seller with hundreds of wish jewelry that was all marked sold. Looking like they were successful but if you look you will see no likes that were on any of the items sold. Scam city that one. Most people are on to the other selling apps. The dump junk from them. But tons of their items and list them and you won't sell them for profit and your stuck with it all. The sellers seem angry and desperate if you hit the like button accidentally then seconds later you get a private offer. It's a sad selling app. I know there are tons of jobs out there with real paychecks going out to work is hard but sitting playing with app to get no place is hell. I didn't like this app at all. So no to poshmark

Poshmark Just Stinks

Poshmark Just Stinks. This site is filled with millions of unwanted items. From filthy beaten up Gucci. Lv and so on. These things are decrepit. There pretty much is no sales at all but members keep listing. From junk to vintage to photos of things that are not in stock. They are third party Rep. The sellers are pretty much lazy. They will mark shipped. Lie and say they dropped boxes off at post offices because it was closed. Proper procedure is the seller bring the package and it gets scanned they are given their receipt. You have just tied up your money on a plain liar. Then sellers get offended when you catch them. Poshmark has virtually no customer service. So the best thing once you catch the liar call your financial institution and dispute the charge. Then Poshmark will get the notification and cancel the sale. It's that easy. No one likes to give thier money to liars. It's offensive. Just say I was lazy today and did t make it to the post office. The public has began to treat the sellers like a flea market. A no no. If you want the flea market price drive yourself to a flea market. There aren't giveaways when people sell. For you buyers just stop being cheap Scrooges. Or pay retail. Don't try and scooch items to resell. If you want to resell buy wholesale. Just cut the crud once and for all. I used to sell. I said screw to the cheapos. Just blocked immediately. If you have something nice to sell. By all means get what you want. The dummies out there arent so dumb. They know the worth and won't pay retail. A few bucks off is better than nothing. Especially new with Tags. So get lost to the cheapos. Another note. Disgusting beat up formally high end bags wallets. Don't buy those things. They look like the dog or cat ate them don't embarrass yourself pulling out the cruddy thing in a store. Yuk yuk yuk. Anyway here my take on the Poshmark. Save yourself paying for your own stress

Great Service, Great Community

I've never seen such awesome customer service on a site like this. I'm working on opening a shop myself and everyone there is actually rooting for you. Seems odd, as you're competition niche even roots for you!

Poshmark Canada sucks!

I can't have an opinion regarding Poshmark UK or the American site, but the words that pop into mind when asked to describe "Poshmark Canada" is lame, cheap and depressing. A real disappointment!
Approximately 80% of the items you find there is cheap crap.
Deleted my account by the second day. If I could give it zero stars here, I would.

OMG I tried to sell on this site

OMG I tried to sell on this site. Tons of garbage pail items. People sharing like goofs all day. And follows. All to be a waste of time. There the likes. I like it can I steal it for some change. Low life site. All it has going for it is your trash looks good with their photo system. And the egos of others to see their dirty bras up in lights. Or underwear. No one knows who wore them or what happened in them. Then the high end stuff. All third party reps. What a nutty site. They have these auctions and live shows. Again people's egos and desperate for a buck or two. Idiotic questions from ding dongs in the comments section. They want a photo layout of a five dollar item. Get lost goofball. Well there's more hope you don't find out the hard way. Good luck

App update problem

poshmark's app doesn't work on Huawai P40 pro. I'm constantly being kicked out of the app. I have deleted and reinstalled the application many times, but unfortunately it does not work. Other than that, I'm a strict Poshmark user. My experiences outside of the phone app have been good.

Bad website do not trust I got scammed…

Bad website do not trust I got scammed on one purchase, customer service does not exist. the owner of this website only care about cashing the fees but For their work ethic it's 0 star
I tried also to sell on it and it absolutely not worth it because of the insane fees if you’re sell something for 10$ you will have 1$ or something like that in profit after paying the fees, better gave the item as donation instead of raising the price of the used clothes Market that many depends on. From 5$ for kids clothes on Kijiji to 40$ or more on their website after tax and shipping

Glitchy site, horrible customer service.

The site was glitchy when trying to create an account and I didn't receive the advertised first purchase shipping discount on my first (and only) purchase. When I contacted Customer Service I was given a list of hypothetical reasons why that might have happened. I replied, asking for it to be remedied and there was no response other than an auto-email asking me to rate their helpfulness. No response to my response to that one, either.

I fortunately had a good purchase arrive as described, but Poshmark itself has issues and I won't use it again. After reading reviews I feel like I got lucky!

Trashed

Trashed. Everything from the trashed other selling sites have wormed over to Poshmark. What in the world is so posh about cleaning goods. I have seen this garbage on other apps. The clothes are are outdated. Dirty stained kids clothes with gray photos. Just nasty. Wrinkled clothes. Colors that would send the fashion industry into fashion hell. What is Poshmark thinking. Self defeat. That's what. The wish jewelry has made its way there to. The dollar junk with cropped photos of certified moissanites for upwards to 1000 bucks. Fake certifications. Counterfeit city now. The other sites most of these clowns came from has failed them and they sought refuge in Poshmark. Oh let's not forget the cropped photos of cheaply made clothes with distorted looking models. All out of wack. Emphasizing on no such type of body unless from another planet. Probably get arrested for wearing the crap. Dirty tennis shoes that most likely have stepped in doggie mess a hundred times over with a bonus of foot disease. Give it up. Get up and go shopping yourself and get the right things. Stop the fake designer bag search. It's plastic. You look like a clown carrying it. If you can't afford the real thing , suck it up and face you can't have one. Grow up and stop thinking you will find your miracle buy here. Not gonna happen. Poshmark Flea Market where junk is king.

No way to rate a seller

I already submitted a negative review about Poshmark, but wanted to add that this shopping site doesn't have any way to rate a seller like eBay or some other shopping sites do. The buyer is completely unaware of customer satisfaction for any particular seller. This should make a buyer be cautious.

Horrible Customer Service

As pet accessories are sold on the site, I listed a Canada Pooch raincoat I’d bought online for my dog. Although the correct size, the coat just didn’t fit her very well. I listed the coat and was notified the listing had been identified as counterfeit. I emailed customer service explaining it was a genuine item and that I was happy to send them a copy of my receipt. I didn’t get an answer except for an automated reply saying they’d received my email. A few weeks later, I emailed yet again, still didn’t get a reply. It’s now three months later, no reply. Needless to say, not selling anything else on that site.

Users have all the power

Where to start. First people don't work at Poshmark. Everything is automatically generated depending on what you click. Claims are always on the buyers side, I'm pretty sure no one at Poshmark has ever read one. Poshmark has given to much power to their users. Everyone on Poshmark is an expert on the authentication process. Every single listing I have put up under $500 has been flagged repeatedly. For absolutely no good reason. I have all the information requested provided, date codes, receipts, boxes... they allow there users to flag listings, which if done properly is a good thing but people are abusing this feature and flagging everything. I think people are purposely sabotaging people's sales.

There users are authorized to authentic merchandise under $500. I've been asked to do it. A user gets a list of flagged items, they go through the list either agreeing it's a fake or disagreeing it's authentic. This user decision is final. Period. Doesn't matter if the user was wrong and you can prove it. Your account will be restricted, flagged, you will lose sales, and you will be accused of selling illegal counterfeit merchandise which is prohibited on Poshmark.

I have reached out to Poshmark regarding these claims and no one has responded back to me.

It’s a good website to buy from

I has been buying and selling in Poshmark for several years already. Sellers has been very good and fare, the items I bought had arrived very well packaged and as described. Prices are good and fare. Every time I contact their customer service through email I immediately get an answer from them. I really like the site.
