Kate Kovacs- the Hungarian woman that sells the sofas to you over the phone.
She will whatsapp you, to seem overly friendly!
Don't fall for it.
I paid £1500 for a 6ft by 10ft by 6ft U shaped sofa. On arrival, 2 Manchester or Liverpool ian that can't be understood and who don't communicate with you in your home, one is an adult, the other looks around 14. Will bring sofa peices in, in dirty wheeled trolly.
Say nothing, place sofa in livingroom. Supposed to " Assemble" which cost me an extra £50, they do not assemble!!!!!
They call Kate Kovacs who then whatsapps you asking you to send the money ASAP.
Then the delivery 'boys' scarper!!!
On checking my sofa, I notice it's damaged!!!!!
Wooden arm on right of sofa is broken in two.
I called Kate, to say they did not assemble and it's broken, for her to tell me the delivery boy said he did assemble it. And nothing they will do.
Please do avoid.
I'm taking them to court.
Shocking.
Scam.
Delivery boys are liars.
Rip off.

Avoid this company at all cost
I would not recommend this company got a sofa from them in March after been told it was made to order and would take 2 weeks but sofa was delivered 6 days after ordering and once I got the sofa 3 days later dimonties from the arm and back of the sofa where coming out and are on sharp points and my 15 month old daughter had got hold of them cause they had fallen out I contacted them and they where no help what so ever tried to put the blame onto us why would I pay £1300 for a sofa and ruin it not a chance at all and my daughter had hurt herself on these and the fabric on the sofa was not done properly and all the leather has ripped, I am currently going though small claims court against this company and I have got all my evidence to back this up and I have also had a independent upholster out to inspect the sofa and give me a report for the courts and he has confirmed the problems with the sofa is a manufacturing fault and no fault to us what so ever like this company are trying to blame us for, they don’t care about the customer they only care about the money if I could I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star because they don’t deserve it !! Currently awaiting for bailiffs to go in now to attempt to ge my
Money back and nice to see you have changed your company name to WINTERFORD_INTERIORS so BEWARE of this company aswell, like this was going to do anything for you just shows what type of company you are setting new company up to try get away with ripping people off !!!!

Scam, sent me a broken sofa, refused to repair or refund.
I took them to court and I won, they paid half of what the court order told them to pay and then nothing.
I now have had to apply for a warrant for agents to seize their goods to off set the debt.
Awful experience.

Ordered a settee & coffee table, I absolutely love them both, amazing quality products, exactly like the photos shown. It was simple and easy to order. Quick & polite response to any questions I had, would recommend 👍🏼

Honestly, if this review could help even one person not order from here, i’ll consider it as job done. I ordered a table set and 6 chairs. they only sent 4 chairs. i have gone through hell and back to try get what i paid for. they won’t send me the chairs or even the portion of money back. they have such bad customer service. they act like they’ll help u and then ignore you. disgusting company that benefits off of ripping customers. absolutely disgraceful. I’m gonna sue and make sure all of social media sees what kind of a scam of a company this is

Made an online order for a lamp. Didn't hear anything after the order. Called to chase the order, was told the supplier had not dispatched it yet, immediately asked if id like a refund. I said i was happy to wait another week. I then received an e mail saying the supplier had dispatched it and it would be sent to me once they received it. I waited a further 2 weeks. Sent another e mail, no response, called several times, no-one answered. Eventually i simply received an e mail saying my order had been cancelled and a refund had been issued.
Zero customer service, and by the sounds dont have the stock they advertise. Alot of wasted time with this company.

Really helpful ! and answered all my questions and delivery was on time all was simple and an easy process so pleased with my new sofa would recommend and will definitely be using again in the future

Shocking experience, received damaged goods and it has been 4 weeks and damaged goods have not been collected nor have I had a refund and they continually ignore my messages and the mobile number is not in service. I have had to take them to the county courts and issued a claim to try and get my money back. I would stay well clear!

Awful customer service paid £1600 for sofa and coffee table glass top was missing from coffee table and 4 large cushions from the sofa.
Have been told twice they were posted out and given 2 different tracking numbers that can not be traced this was 2 months ago and still have not received them don't get any reply so have now started legal proceedings very disappointing please do not waste your money and use this company

Beautiful sofa and Queens chair very pleased with the quality and price

Love my stools exactly what I wanted, high quality but The only downside is one stool is a bit smaller than the other.

I had an image of a couch and they honestly made that image a reality, I couldn’t believe it once the couch arrived, not only that they were so fast with delivery and customer service is amazing, I am probably one of the hardest people to put up with because how fussy I am and they made my image come true, I couldn’t thank them enough ❤️

Absolutely beautiful, classy dining chairs of such high quality. I would recommend to anyone! The lady who owns the business really works hard to get the orders out on time and I do think people need to have a little patience as this is a small business. She personally called me with updates as DHL let us down with the original delivery day. I can't wait to buy more furniture from there!!
