I got too excited and clicked order…

I got too excited and clicked order then realized I forgot an item. Because you cannot edit your order, I would have had to pay shipping again so I contacted the company via email and they were very responsive and allowed me to add an item and refund the shipping. Thank you!! While the shipping is only $6-8, I had already paid a lot for the items I wanted so any money I can save, I’m happy with

I place an order for three items.

I place an order for three items.. one said final sale, but the other two didn't UNTIL I got a confirmation email showing my order and it showed all three of them were final sale. Even though two of them were regular price -20%.. so really no reason to be a final sale. One of the items I ordered they didn't send. They sent a totally different pajama... when I emailed them about this, they wrote back and said my order was correct. Also a onesie I ordered in the same size was like a whole size smaller. They asked for a picture which I sent but yet they did nothing about it. Even though I sent a picture of the item..
All their things are made in China.. and their customer service is terrible! There are a lot more websites with cute baby clothes that are much preferable to this!
And if you ever want to return something, you have to return them one by one so that they can take off $10 on each item! Seems to me they don't really care about their customers!

Quick and Efficient

I realized after I had pressed submit order- my delivery address was incorrect. I contacted their support- and immediately with no fuss they were able to change the address on their end. In the past- I have had horrible experiences here - so thank you so much! Really love working with you guys.

Can't wait for our Christmas pajamas!

They have the best quality products! We are orderding Grinch Chistmas pajamas for our whole family and had a question on sizing for women and men. I reached out to customer service and got an answer within minutes. Ordering now for everone from little kids to great grandparents!

Outstanding Customer Service!!

Outstanding Customer Service!!! I reached out to Posh Peanut when I realized I was missing 2 items in my order. The package was delivered to my front porch damaged. Cherry responded promptly to me. I provided Cherry with the neccesary documentation.
I was given a credit for an item that is no longer available and the other item is being replaced.
I have been a customer of Posh Peanut for many years. My grandkids love their soft bamboo products.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. They use a company called Shopify for their orders and shipping. My package was delivered to the incorrect address. It's a former relatives home that passed away and now is vacant. Fed ex said only the shipper can recall a package and their customer service department refused to help stating once it leaves their warehouse it's not their responsibility. For what they charge you would think they'd take better care of their customers. I'm out $200+ now. Oh and this exchange occurred through email over two days because they deleted their customer service number.

Issue after washing...

I had an issue with an item after washing. I reached out to customer service. I had many issues with my computer, but they stuck with me and never gave up. They were truly very helpful in getting the problem resolved. I will always be a Posh Peanut customer!

Order situation

I ordered a few items a few weeks ago and there was an issue with trying to submit the payment. After a few times, it went through, but was in limbo. I reached out the next day to customer service to see if my order has went through. It took a few days to process but the order cleared. Then my order had not moved in transit for over a week. With the multiple emails back and forth, I finally received my item. I had the pleasure of speaking with Cherry and Angela who went above and beyond to help me with my situation. They were both professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely considerate of my situation. Cherry and Angela are the true definition of exceptional customer service. I order frequently, and because of their generosity, I will forever be a loyal customer!
